I’ve never had a full set of gel nails before and wanted to try. Lily was fantastic and I recommend her if you want someone who is comfortable with giving you a new set of gel nails. She was clean, efficient, and made everything look so easy. I waited approximately 2 weeks after having them done to see how they would handle with my day to day routine. Everything stayed in place and they’re growing in healthy. I’m looking forward to scheduling another appointment with Lily to have them filled and see how it goes from there. I’m very happy with the service this location provides.

They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. It has been my usual experience at a nail salon to just go in and go out: another hand on the table to be manicured and sent off. However, if I were to describe my first impression of the staff in this establishment, it would be with these three words: Professional, personable, and pleasant. (That’s not even covering the actual layout of the place, which is clean, open-spaced, and relaxing.)

I have been to Nails Plus many times with positive experiences, but today I came in for a dip powder and it did not go well. Several of my nails started bleeding while my nails were being filed down. The dip powder does not go to the edges of five of my nails. It will be a miracle if these last a week. I am very disappointed, usually they are better. If this was my first experience, I would never return. As it stands I probably will not be returning for several months if ever.
