Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this business a 0, I would. I walked in and asked them if they had availability for a pedicure and manicure, and the workers all stated yes. I walked out to get my mom, who is in a wheelchair, because that’s who the pedicure and manicure was for…..and when I got in they started yelling no we can’t do for her…..only because she was in a wheelchair. They did not ask me what her Illness was, they simply DISCRIMINATED because she was in a wheelchair. I have been in a wheelchair before due to aches & pains, and even pregnancy before. Do you mean to tell me, they do not service handicapped people, or a person because of what it looks like. My mom said when we got in the car as she felt bad, well I’ll just come when I’m walking in a few days…..ummm no mom, we will NEVER patronize any business who discriminated against anyone. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. The only reason that I didn’t go to my usual salon is because we waited last minute to call and they did not have availability. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money on such ignorance. I can sew why they only had one customer in there….and that customer was in disbelief as well. If it was a health risk, or if they even asked in concern why or what reason she was in the chair, I can probably see them not wanting to risk the liability, yet my mom was perfectly fine to get into the chair. I hope this place shuts down and runs out of business. Yet, I won’t hope for such, Karma is real. I’ll let God handle them.If I could give this business a 0, I would. If I could give this business a 0, I would. I walked in and asked them if they had availability for a pedicure and manicure, and the workers all stated yes. I asked the woman doing my nails for coffin shape. she asked what length and cut them even shorter then got a attitude when I asked her to take them off. After I got a lip and eyebrow wax. She did my eyebrows uneven and I’ve started getting bumps all around my eyebrows. Then as far as my lip… she burnt my lip with the wax & left a scar and just told me to put Vaseline on it. Horrible experience. I asked the woman doing my nails for coffin shape. she asked what length and cut them even shorter then got a attitude when I asked her to take them off. After I got a lip and eyebrow wax. She did my eyebrows uneven and I’ve started getting bumps all around my eyebrows.
