Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this salon before and usually have a good experience. My 2nd to last visit was in April 2021 and they had proper Covid measures in place (partitions and adequate distance between stations). However, I was extremely disappointed during my visit today. I called them when I was on the way there and told them I was running late due to unexpected traffic / road construction on my route. I got there 10 mins late, not a big deal. Then the receptionist was rushing me to pick my color and had me sit down on a chair. She set me up and completely forgot about me. 20 mins later, she walks by and doesn’t even look up at me, even when I try to get her attention. I wait another 10 mins and walk up to her. Again the receptionist ignores me and I just walk out. 30 mins I wasted in the place. I had an appointment and I even called before hand, she could’ve said they were running late. Note that this was not the regular receptionist/ manager who usually greets you when you walk in. My 2nd to last visit was in April 2021 and they had proper Covid measures in place (partitions and adequate distance between stations). However, I was extremely disappointed during my visit today.
