Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in as a walk in and asked for a full set with gel polish. I waited about 30 minutes and picked out what gel colors I wanted (baby pink with a rose gold glitter accent nail) when I got to the chair off the bat the lady was being super unprofessional she got up and left the chair multiple times and complained to me about other customers. She told me that the pink I picked out was going to be too sheer but that she had a similar color she could do. I told her that would be fine since she was the tech I know she probably knows more than me. She then insisted that she just do my nails how she wanted and they would be really cute with gold glitter. I told her that was fine because she was clearly already agitated with the other customers and I didn’t feel like causing conflict. When she was doing my nails I realized that she wasn’t even doing gel she decided to just use colored acrylic instead (I guess she just didn’t feel like actually painting anything) this bother me but I just kept telling myself she was the professional and it would probably look fine when she was done. However when she was done I realized that the baby pink had some how turned into an ugly warm toned peach and the gold glitter she insisted would be pretty was this atrocious chunky holographic glitter that was a mix of green, yellow, and, bright pink. I was very upset but I didn’t even have time to process it or ask for anything to be changed because she had me in and out of the chair within 15 minutes. I came in as a walk in and asked for a full set with gel polish. I waited about 30 minutes and picked out what gel colors I wanted (baby pink with a rose gold glitter accent nail) when I got to the chair off the bat the lady was being super unprofessional she got up and left the chair multiple times and complained to me about other customers.
