I called the day before to set my appointment for mani and pedi, the girl on the phone was very helpful with my questions. I came next day and got started on my pedi right away, Tina did a good job and didn’t hurt while cleaning cuticles. Jade did my nails and I requested for someone who does well with designs and shaping. She did good work. When i called to ask design prices I was told 2 for $5, for this design that was on their ig they charged $5 per design, which for me can get costly, & not sure why it’s 2 different prices. I plan to come again.

They’re severely short staffed. The lady I did go to is no longer there and my new favorite tech is always busy. So every time I come here there’s a ridiculously long wait, even if I schedule an appointment ahead of time. Today I called and asked how long was the wait and they told me there was none and to come in. Get here and I’m sitting for almost an hour because they only have like 5 nail techs and a surplus of clients. Holiday weekend or not, it’s ridiculous. Never coming back here again.

I had a great experience! I am terrible with names but I believe that Hanna was who did my nails. She is the sister in law of the owner. She is very professional and she takes her time to ensure that her service is impeccable. My only dislike about the nail salon is the foot baths need to have disposable liners. All in all the staff is very professional and the salon is very clean. Now I only go to that Salon when they first open on a Wen or Saturday. My entire family patronizes their service.

Forgot to say, that this establishment is very clean, spacious, and thats what i like.. i dont like a big crowd. and it was great on a Saturday at 230pm. expensive for sure..but they do okay work.
