They were very polite and quick. I loved that they have one side for just pedicures and the other side for nails. They all have their names posted up big at their stations. You Don’t have to guess their names. Very friendly and they do what you want done to your nails.

I love it there, they are kind and very considerate of their customers and their needs. I also brought my step daughter and they were so patient and good to her which is a huge plus. I’ve been only 3 times and haven’t been dissatisfied if anything I plan to keep coming back.

The woman who did my nails was rude. My nails are fine except the top coat peeled off after a few days. And they are lumpy. Been peeling polish and repolishing on my own. Paid 65 for my grandson to have mani,peddi with polish. My bill was 160.00 total. I don’t think they are worth it. My peddi was good.

I used to love this place and always recommend it to friends! But, this last time they handled my issue very poorly and unprofessional. They had a guy do my toes and I quote from another nail tech “I sorry he do feet for you, he don’t know how to do feet.” So I asked for the manager to get some sort of compensation for the poor job he did and taking over an hour for a basic toes job. The manager tried to give me $3 discount for my troubles and I told her that wasn’t enough, she then decided on $20 total charge, which I was fine with that. But then since I addressed the issue she refused to do my nails because she gave me a discount already. I handled it very well, didn’t get loud or anything so I will not be going back there anymore. Anytime you ask for a manager/owner they act like they can’t hear you and just ignore you. They lost a really good customer/tipper!
