Nails Perfection

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWalked in to receive services fill in and pedicure. There was two people in there. When i was asked what services i wanted and the woman at the booking desk told the nail tech she immediately started shaking her head no. I was told that they didn’t do nails my length (my nails are almost an inch long) then i was told that they didn’t do walk in manicures only appointments which is not stated anywhere in or on the establishment. So i said okay I’ll just get the pedicure. Well i was told I’d have to wait until 4:30 to get it done when I arrived at noon. Racially profiled and discriminated against. Walked in to receive services fill in and pedicure. There was two people in there. When i was asked what services i wanted and the woman at the booking desk told the nail tech she immediately started shaking her head no. I was told that they didn’t do nails my length (my nails are almost an inch long) then i was told that they didn’t do walk in manicures only appointments which is not stated anywhere in or on the establishment. I showed up at 12 for my appointment and was not greeted at all. I stood uo the while time waiting patiently for someone to address me. I left and called the shop. The lady stated that she always greet her customers which is not true since I was not greeted. She also told me that she didn’t know I walked in and that I was standing up. Also not true since everyone in the establishment were sitting and I was the only one who walked in. Another lady was helped and walked past me. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment to avoid waiting only to wait. This isn’t the first time either.
