Nails Perfect

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFebruary 21, 2021, I walked into Nails Perfect for a Pedicure and Full Set. The pedicure went well, but once I sat down for a full set that’s when the services started to decline. I was asked what services I wanted , and was led to a table. Once at the table, the same man who led me there, started the process of soaking the pervious set off while asking me again what did I want. During the soaking , I was uprooted from my seat to another table where another man was stationed. As I sat down, the first man then told the other nail tech what I wanted, and so he proceed to finish my nails.After a few minutes, the first man returned , looked at my nails, and told the tech he wasn’t doing the correct services. That infuriated him and then he proceed to tell me I told him the wrong thing to do. I told him that I didn’t and that there was a miscommunication between him and the other man. The nail tech continued to tell me I told him wrong , but I again, told him that I didn’t and that this conversation was between him and the other man. At this point, the nail tech had enough, and packed up his things, turned off the lamp, and walked out the door.The first man directed me to a lady who then began to do the services I wanted. As I sat and watch her, she did not shape or sand down my nails correctly. I told her they didn’t look good. I had this feeling that her and the shop just wanting me out of there.Once she was finished, she walked me to the service desk to pay, and that’s when I asked for the manager. She tells me there was no manager, and so I asked for the person who opened the salon that morning. She pointed to the first man I came into contact and I was hopeful, but that was short lived. Once he came to the counter, I told him the customer service was horrible and I asked for 20 off my services as I thought that was fair because services were done. February 21, 2021, I walked into Nails Perfect for a Pedicure and Full Set. The pedicure went well, but once I sat down for a full set that’s when the services started to decline. I was asked what services I wanted , and was led to a table. Critical: ProfessionalismI used to come here all the time because the gentleman whose seat was towards the back did a wonderful job on my nails. Well I came in one time and I assume that the owner(husband)recognized me and knew that I liked going to the guy in the far back. Well instead of asking me he let 3 people go before me to get their nails done . I waited for about 45 minutes before I said that he didn’t have to be one to do my nails. He blankly ignored me and after about an hour I finally left.The wife owner is sweet but the husband is rude and does a careless job on nail services.Service: Acrylic nailsI used to come here all the time because the gentleman whose seat was towards the back did a wonderful job on my nails. I used to come here all the time because the gentleman whose seat was towards the back did a wonderful job on my nails. Well I came in one time and I assume that the owner(husband)recognized me and knew that I liked going to the guy in the far back. Well instead of asking me he let 3 people go before me to get their nails done . I waited for about 45 minutes before I said that he didn’t have to be one to do my nails.
