This is the only nails place in this area that I trust! One of the best things about them is that everyone does an amazing job so you don’t have to worry about getting a specific person. I do recommend making an appointment because they can get busy but they do accept walk-ins as well. Usually I get acrylics but I decided to just polish my natural nails and they look amazing! Oh and they always do my toes perfect and they last a long time

I would just like you all to know that this shop in general is very unprofessional and let me tell u why. I got my nails done and 3 days after all my nails where lifting. I contacted them they’d said they’ll fix it for free . While fixing he took it upon him self to do it the way he wanted to do it instead of following the original design. And told me that I was complaining about it and to be quite mind you he is talking to a minor then continued to be disrespectful and rude so I do not recommend this place what’s so ever worst experience

Jimmy has always been my go to! I moved up here from LA so it took a couple misses from other nails salons until I found Nails Palace. Jimmy did OUTSTANDING, I’ve been his customer ever since. Not only do my nails look fab but I also go for his entertaining stories.

My first encounter was with the man himself Brian and was satisfied with my nails.. when I went back for a fill was sent to a newly certified nail esthetician not much fill experience… my fill was so ridiculous bumpy thick acrylic I complained only to be shunned from the salon… went back 3 weeks later and was told there was no one that could do my fill … customer service is NOT a priority.. conformity and acceptance what they expect…

I was very sad I’ve been going to the nail palace for 9 years it was my happy time but this time was different I went to my same person at the end of my appointment he told me that he would not do my nails any more because it took to long I was so devastated and how rude when I’ve had support when he first started when he just did pedicure I didn’t even finish 2nd part of my appointment all this happen on New Year Eve 2021 I was a good loyal customer came back when they change new business owners now they did do a very good job on my nails. but I will not go back not for the way I was treat . Overcharged never never never patronize this business. Nails fell off after 2 days and they charged me whatever they wanted there is no set price or rates displayed anywhere in this business don’t waste your money your time or your dignity. My daughter and I had both our nails full set gel done and they were done in half the time another employee was working on the same person’s hands and they were still working on them when we left

Very rude from very beginning! I was coming to this new place because my home nail shop was closed due to family emergency. I don’t usually get my nails done, but for the holidays I treat myself as a mom. This nail shop did not want to do my nails. They said they will only do my daughter’s nails and yelled at me. This place was too rude for me to spend $100.00 with them. I can not give my business to people who are rude to customers. I have never!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!
