Loved my nails! Went there today for the first time and it was a great experience. I LOVE THE PINK EVERYTHING!! Honestly is not the most elegant place but they have pretty good prices and amazing services. Everyone was super nice, clean, professional, and careful. My nails are very short and sensitive. For the first time I didn’t get hurt, I wasn’t judged for my nails state, and no one tried to pressure me or persuade me into buying some extra services, which is rare! I forgot to ask the name of the lady who helped me but everyone seemed nice, and positive, no drama. Loved it 100%. I have already recommended to my friends and I’m most definitely coming back!

GREATEST PLACE EVER. I was told by several other places that a soak off for already done acrylic nails would be an hour long, here it only took around 10 minutes! I’m obsessed with the way my nails look! I had an appointment with Steven! He made sure I loved my nails and that I was comfortable! He was gentle and made sure my nails were great quality, and they are! Super sweet staff, easy to book, and amazing experience! I paid $52 for acrylic removal with a new set all together, AMAZING price! Will continue to come back!

I was hesitant to go in at first as I had been there several years ago and hated it; BUT was reassured that this salon now has a new owner. It did and I’m glad I went in. Stephen and Hannah were so nice and did such a great job. I have been to several salons since moving back to Lubbock in the high end side and I can tell you all they did was make a mess and an expensive price. NOT HERE. I was not pressured to buy something I didn’t want. They simply did as I asked and did a superb job. This salon still carries the Nail Palace name but it is so much better now with the new owner!!!very patient with all the clients and very kind and took their time. Some of the past reviews are not about this new owner since he has just very recently bought this place and what a mess this poor owner had to fix! I’m proud of the job they have done and the quality of work they do. I use to live in San Antonio and hwould hold Steven’s work among any of those high end salons in Stone Oak! Keep up the great work and you have found yourself a customer for life!!! My husband was so impressed while waiting he even got a pedicure! Give this small business owner a try !

Not impressed with the new owners. I went on January 9th with a family member who gets services regularly here and asked if they did dip nails. They told me yes so I got my nails done. I left the shop and one hour later my nail cracked by just touching my counter top. I returned the same afternoon and told the gentleman that my nail cracked. He said “You must have opened a soda can.” I said “No I don’t drink sodas.” He fixed the nail and told me they guarantee the work they do for a week after the service is provided. If anything breaks they fix it for free. I thought to myself I hope this doesn’t happen again. Well low and behold another nail broke the next day. Unfortunately I do work and I was not able to go until Saturday evening to get it fixed. I went to the same gentlemen and told him my nail broke again. He then asked me did I do your nails? I told him no the lady next to you did. They both said something in there language and he again fixed my nail. I was upset and told him I’ve done dip on my nails at two other salons and this has never happened when I’ve been to there salons. He didn’t really respond. He fixed it and I left. Since the second time I went in all the dip powder except for two of my nails have completely came off not to mention the dip powder was used on my real nails and has broken 5 of them. They charged $35 for the set . I am not sure if the product they used was old or if they are not really experienced in dip powder nails. I also saw two roaches on the sink where you wash your hands. I will never go back to this salon.

I have been going here for a little while and they know me now. I have always been very happy with the service and outcome of my nails. I wish there was more than a five star rating because if there was they would get that! I have gone to Kevin the past few times and he does ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I will never go anywhere else or to anyone else because he does a wonderful job every single time! I have never had any issues with my nails I always get the most wear out of them! Kevin is a wonderful nail tech because if you have any ideas he is willing to do it or if something is wrong with your nails he will fix it right away. My nails have always come our perfect. Thank you Kevin!!! And thank you Nails palace!

The service was superb! I felt very welcomed being the fact that I’m here in Lubbock from Houston working on a project with Covenant Health. Been here since the 26th of August, so of course it was time for a nail salon visit. I highly recommend this place. My nails turned out great. I’ll be here until the end of September, so I’ll be going back! Very satisfied customer!

This was my first visit, and I was disappointed that there was no nail prep or cuticle grooming before the dip was applied to my nails. Also, the dip color was not applied all the way to the cuticle, so they looked partially grown out from the start. Based on all of the positive reviews, I thought maybe this was just a fluke, and I might go back and see if they did better next time, but now, one week later, the dip is beginning to chip off of my nails. I have never had this happen before! I won’t be giving this salon a second chance after all.
