I used to come here all of the time last year. I loved it. They were nice and friendly but I haven’t been here since the beginning of this year because I moved. Went back today and they changed so much. The ladies who did mine and my friends pedicures were talking smack the whole time not only about us but about other people in the shop. Got paint all over my toes and barely cleaned it up. She was going way too fast and it wasn’t very busy at all. The lady doing my nails? Same thing. The shape is supposed to be almond… but at least I got a diet coke…

I do not recommend this place. Did not get the shape I wanted. Lady was rough with me. My fingers and cuticles are completely ripped and cut. The nail tech clearly saw I was bleeding on 3 fingers but continued roughly filing and cutting me more. My fingers are so sore. Design looked decent but that’s it. I am hoping I don’t get an infection.

Lily did my pedicure and she was phenomenal. Used to go to this place before I went WVA. They did a better job on my nails back then. I asked for pink and white, the white is fine but the pink is not pink. Told the guy next time I wanted a bolder brighter pink he said it can’t be done with dip. I know this to be untrue because they used to do it for me 3 years ago. So unless I go for color I will get my nails done elsewhere and go here for my toes by Lily.

The first time I went here I had an amazing service. My nails were beautiful and my pedicure was amazing. Every time after that I’ve had problems with the service and my nails. One lady got upset with me because I didn’t want the nail she was going to put on me. I thought it was my choice of what nails I chose. She slapped my hand and became very aggressive. The nails lifted a few days after. I tried to give them a chance but enough is enough. Never going back.

Whenever I’m home visiting temple, I ALWAYS stop in here at Nails Organic Spa. They never disappoint with shape. You ask for coffin, you GET coffin. You want sharp edges, YOU GET THEM! If your looking for a salon in the temple/belton/Killeen area no need to keep looking, go here. Take my word on it.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityCalled to make a last minute appointment around 1130, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said they could fit me in basically whenever. I showed up around 1200. This place doesn’t look like much but I never judge off of looks alone. They were pretty busy but considering I called with a short notice for an appointment I didn’t sit for an extremely long time before the nail tech came over. I didn’t get the ladies name but she was extremely thorough and made sure to get all dead skin off of each toe and foot. She did make me bleed a little on one toe but it had been an extremely long time since I had gotten my feet done so they were pretty bad (and she showed concern after). I am extremely happy with how the polish, shape and length of my nails came out! We tried doing nail art but I wasn’t liking it so I asked her to just take it off. Knowing I was unhappy another lady stepped in to try to fix it but I wasn’t really super set on having the nail art anyways and wasn’t upset about it, however these ladies wanted to make sure I didn’t leave unhappy and I really appreciated that.Can’t wait to see you guys next time! Called to make a last minute appointment around 1130, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said they could fit me in basically whenever. I showed up around 1200. This place doesn’t look like much but I never judge off of looks alone. I like this salon, it’s one of my favorites in the area. If you get there when they first open, there’s almost never a wait. Everyone is friendly and I’ve never had any problems with getting fingers and toes done. My husband doesn’t have the same feelings for this place. For him, it’s okay but he’d rather go to a different salon due to the water not being hot enough and the chairs aren’t the most comfortable.

I literally love the organic nail spa, I’ve gone here since 9th grade now graduating. I’ve never gone anywhere else, the people here are always sweet, they have conversations and get to know you.
