i usually go to this location but the people who i were paired up with did horrible. For 1, my toes were cut all the way down & not even shaped. they look more of like an oval ish instead of square … & not shaped period. My nail lady was also cutting me while shaping & didn’t even shape my nails right. the coffin shape was very pointy & didn’t look coffin it gave stiletto. my nails were also bulky & the access acrylic was not shaved down so my nails didn’t have a clean look. my eyebrow waxing was fine i loved them but i could also tell that they were speaking of me when i would say certain things.

Would give this place a zero if possible. Got A fill in and polish change. I do get designs on all my nails so it costs me extra money to do that. I spent 50.00 which is generally what my nails cost. My usual nail salon was busy this morning so I decided to try this one. Huge mistake. My nails are crooked and the acrylic is way too thick in some places. The lady had me choose which design I wanted and I chose one with multi colors to try to take away attention from the horrible shape of the nails. The woman had no clue how to do design and my nails ended up looking like a five year old did them, which might pass as art on canvas but on my nails its pretty much worthless. None of the nails look anywhere close to what I chose. I won’t be going back to this salon again. One of my nails looks like there is a huge chip in it but its just a part she failed to polish. The black accent polish is just globbed on and it ran everywhere. My nails were and are an utter disaster.

My nails started to peel the very next day. So I went back for repair. The nail tech told me to sit at the station and she would fix it. She began manually peeling off 3 more of my nails, I asked her why was it coming off so easily. She said it’s because it’s on my natural nails. I told her that I always get gel manicures on my natural nails. She got up to do something, so I began to peel off the rest of the remaining nails. She came back with the color I had and I told her that maybe it was the polish because sometimes gel polish can get compromised if not taken care of properly due handling by different users. I told her that I will pick another color then she told me that it would cost $10. I told her that as long as she was going to repair the imperfect job why would I have to pay because of the color. She spoke in her language and another worker came and began speaking to me in an elevated voice. I told her that, my child was present and I was not being disrespectful but she was and she said if I didn’t like the work at this shop, I could go find another one. In addition an older lady also came over and chimed in and said you peel your nails and expect us to keep do for you. I told her mam, I am not a child, I have no reason to sabotage my nails, also because my time is limited it is inconvenient for me to even return for repair. She began to tell me to find another shop. I told her that was unprofessional and rude. I also told her that mail shops are everywhere so no problem. She replied that’s right and went to sit down. I was like wow. As I left with my daughter watching me, I politely said thank you and goodbye. Needless to say I will not be returning

I’ve been getting my services at Nails Only for at least 20 years. I am never been disappointed. Even when it’s new tech’s they seem to be experienced. Great work . Just know they are busy !!! Definitely 5 star experience.

The nail tech was telling on the phone and to another woman in the shop the entire time she was doing my nails. I didn’t mind up until the end when she rushed through the design. It looks like a child did the designs. At the end I stated I did not like it at all but just wanted to leave. She stated the design is what I asked for but it was not done nearly as well. I paid and as the person at the counter said that they could fix them, the nail tech started laughing. I knew then that it wasn’t going to get any better and left. I went to another nail salon to get the polish changed.

I had previously had my nails done at one of the malls in the area. They charged me way too much $$$ for the result. My nails were flat…from cuticle to tip there was no natural nail curve. And they were supposed to be coffin shaped. Ha, what a joke. Tried getting a fill in at another place. All they did was make the acrylic thicker, not fixing the flatness or the shape. I came here just because I was passing by. They did not disappoint in the least! Not sure of her name but she fixed both issues!! My nails now look natural and are coffin tipped. I could not be happier!! I have found my new nail salon!!
