I stopped in to see if they had an opening before a wedding. I had plenty of time, but she rushed through everything! (I was the only customer in there). The pedicure was OK, just quick. My manicure, was pathetic. She did nothing with my cuticles, and they definitely needed attention. The manicure was sloppy and she charged me $70. I’ve never paid that much before and I’ve never had a manicure this sloppy before. I will never go back there. And just an FYI, I almost never leave negative reviews, but paying that much for this, really ticks me off.

I had given these 2 women multiple chances , and went back to have faith it would be better , as it’s closest to my home and close to grocery store . No, each time became worse , they charge prices not the ones listed on price board , make up random charges , whatever goes wrong is blames on you (the customer ) . I had switch for the last 5 months to a different place and the women who does my nails is amazing ; but on Saturday I broke one , and she is so busy I knew she wouldn’t be able to get me in and I had plans in evening and didn’t want a broken nail, so I went back to nails only . IF YOU COULD SEE THIS NAIL…. It looks completely different than the other 9. I had polish changed to match, lumpy streaky, absolutely terrible . She couldn’t get the mail right so she made me soak it off and redo it ; when I said hey it looks like we’re heading same direction as before she said it’s ok next time we fix , I don’t want one big thick nail, that’s a different length , after being told I’m TOO PICKY, and having my finger drilled until i bled … I finally had to say you can drill the sides anymore I’m bleeding

Positive: QualityI have been going to Jessica for 4 years every 2-3 weeks. There has not been any man in there since I have been going. I always schedule my appointments out of respect for their time. This is a small business with two ladies. I have never had an issue! My manis and pedis always look perfect! I have never had a problem rescheduling appointments and Jessica is kind and polite. I have been going to Jessica for 4 years every 2-3 weeks. There has not been any man in there since I have been going. I always schedule my appointments out of respect for their time. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a nail repair and gel polish. The nail tech that was doing my service was terrible. I have injuries to my wrist and she was rough, she burned my nails with the Dremel, she talked huffy and mean. I got up in the middle of my service and paid my bill and left, without having her finish my nails for my daughter’s wedding. Terrible people and professional skills. I went in for a nail repair and gel polish. The nail tech that was doing my service was terrible. I have injuries to my wrist and she was rough, she burned my nails with the Dremel, she talked huffy and mean. I got up in the middle of my service and paid my bill and left, without having her finish my nails for my daughter’s wedding. Terrible people and professional skills. I have been going to them for about a year and a half now for acrylics and the gel fills for them. They are always welcoming and make sure your nails are how you like them. i have been going to nails only every two weeks for the last three and a half years to get my acrylics filled. the nail salon is always very clean, and they do a proper job filing nails and polishing them. my mom went to school for cosmetology and learned how to do nails (she goes there as well). the nail techs at nails only follow all the rules and do everything properly. sometimes my nails aren’t perfect but the nail tech always does her absolute best to get them as perfect as she can. i always ask for jessica, she has been the new owner for around two years now. i never have any complaints!

I was a loyal Nails Only customer for almost 22 years but after two recent visits, no more! On a previous visit the owner, Jessica, chastised me for waiting too long to get my fill. When I explained that I had been ill and had recently had surgery, she didn’t seem to care. Just continued to say I should come in more often. This is called not caring about your customer. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to her having a bad day. Wrong! Went back today. Other than asking me what color I wanted, she didn’t say ONE WORD during the entire time she was doing my nails. NOT ONE! When she finally did speak, she told me to wash my hands and what I thought was “with soap”. So as I was washing my hands, she came back and started scolding me. “I said no soap!”, humiliating me in front of at least three other customers. I told her I misunderstood what she said and she kept on it. I had had enough and told her so. You get your nails done to relax and enjoy yourself for just a short time. Have some nice conversation. It’s the only thing I do for myself once a month and I do not need to spend my money at a place that is not going to appreciate their customers. There are too many other businesses out there that would love to have a loyal, decades long customer coming to their salon. I had to give Nails Only one star but that, on this particular day, is one too many. I will NOT return.

I received a gift card for a Christmas present and I was excited to get my nails done for the holidays. However, I was incredibly disappointed. Upon arriving, the first lady I came into contact with was rude. When I was getting my nails done, they used a dirty and nail dust coated electrical nail file to remove the existing nail polish from my nails, not even nail polish remover. It was incredible unsanitary and I should have just got up and left. The lady who did my nails also had not previously washed her hands from the person she did before me and still had white nail dust all over her hands. The tools were completely nail dust covered and looked like they have never been washed. Their clippers had rust on them as well. The paint looks horrible and is splotchy. I got red gel with a supposed to be shiny color on my ring fingers. The color is all over my fingers. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed and I will never return there and not advertise their business to anyone.

I have been cut on the sides of my fingers when getting filed. The polish is always slopped on the sides of my fingers after they’re done. One time my old polish was still on the sides of my nails and the lady asked if I wanted to get a darker color to cover it up. Their workspace is always dirty and it’s very unprofessional looking. My gel polish was super chunky and started peeling off within a week. Gel polish is supposed to be nice and smooth and last longer. I had a broken nail one time and when the lady fixed it, it was nothing like my other nails. The length and shape was totally different. I will never go back to Nails Only. I now go to Fancy Fingers in Quarryville and they are Amazing! The salon is so beautiful and they always do an amazing job on my nails! I highly recommend going there!
