Came in was greeted and seated for service within 15 minutes.. place was quiet on a beautiful sunday afternoon. Then started picking up while I was being served..The service was good no issues , price was reasonable result was good will return again.

This is my honest review and I am shaking my head as I write this. Two stars for cleanliness I guess but I got tips and hard gel on a Monday and today is Thursday. Yesterday my index nail lifted and It kept getting caught in my hair, so it kept annoying me and I have OCD and I just decided to use a metro card and take it off. As I’m doing this I’m noticing the other index finger lifting as well and go to that one, next thing you know all the other nails were just as easy to lift, I damn near paid over $140 for both feet and hands, I have Never dealt with this problem. This is the 3rd time I’ve done my nails and the 2nd time I’ve dealt with major disappointment. The first time I did powder and it cracked, went back and the owner redid them and I guess they were ok; but now this. On top of that my pedicure also has fallen apart because I got a silk extension and the tip came off and now the whole toe is gone and polish peeled off. While sitting down getting my nails done, another recent costumer came back because her Gel polish was lifting and it hadn’t even been a week. I will NOT be going back.

Went today to get my nails, pedi and eyebrows done. I usually like this place but todays experience changed my mind. The person completely messed up my eyebrows, left glue on my nails as well, when I complained she got the most nastiest attitude, snashing the clip board out of my hands. It’s a shame how they expect you to spend money and be okay if they do not do a great job.

Critical: CleanlinessMy sister was visiting and we decided to go get mani/pedis. Everything was great initially – customer service was on point and we were very happy with our nails. It seemed like a typically nail salon experience. About a month after we had both received pedicures, we took our toe polish off and realized we both had the same toe fungus on our big toes. We had not had the fungus going in to get our pedicure; it was very clear we contracted the exact same problem and it looked identical. We’re still trying to cure the fungus to this day and it’s seems like this place is not clean. I have been to this nail salon a couple times and for the most part it has been ok. However, today I went in for a powder gel nail and I asked for light pink… showed them a few examples of what color I was looking for and the manicure began. It was not very busy, yet the manicurist Angela continually looked around and did not pay attention to the point that she cut my cuticles on three fingers. Normally, I don’t make a huge deal out of this because I get it it happens. She did two coats on one hand before showing me the result and it appeared that she had chosen clear nail polish and not light pink. It was completely opaque and I could still see my nail. I told her this was not the color I asked for but she assured me that it was. She continued onto the next hand and completed the manicure with completely clear nail polish. I told her this was not what I asked for and at that point my nails were so sore from being picked at I didn’t even know if I wanted them to redo it. She then proceeded to tell me that because my nails are so short that’s why the color looked so clear….. on what planet does that make sense and they were not as short as that statement makes them seem. The very nice manager explained to her that the color I was looking for was not the one on my nails and to do one more coat with a different color even tho my nails were likely going to be a little more raised than normal afterwards. She started the one coat with the new color and for some reason it turned white on a couple nails instead of pink… she continued on even tho two nails were discolored in the center and some even had missing color/air bubbles from the amount of polish on my nails. At this point I was just completely over it and wanted to get out of there after an close to two hours in uncomfortable chairs. They then proceeded to charge me $50 for THE worst manicure of my life. Will never go back here and do not recommend it to anyone. It was a painful and unfortunate experience and I get that accidents happen, but how do you expect to keep customers if nothing is done to rectify it. If you want to pay $50 for bloody cuticles and horrible manicures this is your place!

They do a professional job and my nails last all week without chipping. I always get a reminder call and email the day before my appointment which is terrific. And they have a wonderful relaxed friendly attitude. Hurray for Norma, the best manicurist ever!

They offer the powder dipping nail color which was very neatly done, not too thick looking. Customer service was good. One negative was when i paying the cashier asked if i was tipping on my card or in cash. I think that information should be volunteered not asked.
