So I came in and was asked when paying if it was OK for the tip to be on the card of if I was paying in cash (rude to ask for a TIP) I said to the worker I will do the amount of tip on my card because I do not have cash. So the lady behind the register prints out a receipt and hands it to me… she picked her own amount tip!! My card was charged for a tip amount that I did not approve of that is illegal and very much can be taken to court. And I also told her before she even started touching my hands that my nails are very thin so I don’t want them filed down to be even thinner but I would like them filed down to match length what did she do she made my nails thinner and I left with my nails all different lengths!

They were very patient considering I was getting my nails done with my 1 year old busy body sitting on my lap lol. I’m surprised my tech was able to get it done with such patience and without error. The pedicure was pleasant. However they are a little pricey, but I’d return I just know to get a break down on the cost.

The color is alright for my matte black nails but the shape? Absolutely awful and wrong. None of my fingers look even close to Almond shape. The edge closest to my cuticle isn’t even fully black. And the matte top coat is very streaky. My fiancé literally has hair embedded in her nail so Probably won’t be coming back. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

We had an appointment scheduled for an entire bridal party at another salon and when we showed up, they said they were unable to accommodate us. In a moment of panic, a friend recommended trying Nails on Neil instead. After a quick call to Ian, he said “come on in!” We had everyone in and out within 2 hours and we are extremely thankful for their service. They were friendly, efficient, and welcoming and we will absolutely use them again in the future. THANK YOU!!

The nail shop it self was very cleanly and the workers themselves were nice but their work however was not. They rushed through the filing process and nipped 3 of my fingers causing 2 out of the 3 to bleed. One nail was also crooked and each nail was rushed in the shaping process. Half my set was matte and the other was not when I asked for shiny for both.

I asked for a regular manicure because I am giving my natural nails a break from gel/dip because they are incredibly thin. I was questioned and upsold many times on doing gel but that isn’t what I wanted. I chose a long wear nail polish – OPI Infinite shine – typically last 3-5 days with no chips sometimes longer. I asked for the corresponding top coat and that was not used. Well, I should’ve known better. My nails not even a full 24 hours after said mani are more than half way off. I’ve never had a regular manicure chip and come off so easily. It would’ve lasted longer and looked better if I just did it myself. I am upset because I was traveling in Columbus for work and wanted a manicure to look nice at thanksgiving before flying home and now I’m left without time or options with horrendous nails. Whether you’re a local or someone visiting I would not visit this salon. They also do not follow sanitary guidelines and did not clean the tools in between guests. GROSS.
