Needed a place near downtown where I could get a pedicure and an SNS manicure. Made an appointment about an hour in advance. The staff were welcoming and helped me find the perfect shade of red. I loved that they worked on my toes and fingers at the same time. So friendly and did such a great job! Finally nailed the skinny coffin shape I’ve been looking for Seriously considering the drive to come back here again!

I have been here about three times and the owner BRIAN is always in a rush to do nails. He can finish a whole new set gel acrylics in about 35 minutes and doesn’t put his time into your set. From a far they the nails look good but up close they look horrible. If you question him about your nails on length, shape or anything he gets offended. He refused service to me after I went in the next day and showed him how my nails look in less than 24 hours. He was very rude and told me I could not return to his nail shop and refused to let another employee fix my nails after she offered to fix my nails several times. He speaks rude to his staff and doesn’t know how to communicate with clients. My pedicure I had done by another staff member was great and the ladies are nice that work there. The issue is the owner and how he speaks and acts towards customers. After reading other reviews I am not the only one who has complained about nails chipping. Maybe the polish is old or maybe he just rushes to do them. Either way I will not recommend this place to anyone. The place is beautiful and convenient but the service is horrible. Even after the way he treated me the three times I went in ,I still tipped him every single time and then he refused to fix my nails the next day and not give me a refund or allow someone else to do my nails was very unprofessional. This was on April 16, 2022 !

All of the techs here are really nice and do a lovely job. I’ve never had a bad experience at this shop and I’ve gone at least a dozen times. All I get are pedicures so that’s all I can speak to, but the shop is always full so I’m assuming most people are satisfied enough to keep coming back. It’s always nicely decorated and very clean, and they always offer you a drink (and give it it to you even if u say you’re not thirsty the sign of true hospitality).
