I am giving a 4 star because they did a great job for the most part on my nails. I did have to wait 2 hours in order to be completely done with my nails. The only problems that I had with my nails are that one of my thumbs was shorter than the others and there was a little acrylic under one of the nails.

A very friendly place. Very professional and courteous with a very clean and comfortable shop. Kimmy does exceptionally well with every request for designs on my nails. Other places act like you’re putting them out when you ask for something special: but not here. They strive to do the best work possible. And pedicures can’t be matched by anywhere else in town. Enough praise can’t be said about this place; it is a smaller shop, but I’ve never had to wait to be greeted. ‘Nails on 20th’ is the best place in town and is very reasonable on this pricing.

Great atmosphere and people, but the woman didn’t do very well on my nails I see alot of spots on my nails that look like dents and also I called ahead of time and was told it would be 40.00 for what I asked about (I had a 30.00 gift certificate) so I happy that it was only going to be 40.00 because I would be able to use my certificate and only pay 10.00 in cash plus a tip for the lady and I ended up being charged 15.00 extra dollars(for what reason I don’t know) and I had nothing special done to my nails. As you can see in the picture they are plain nails with a little sparkle to them. I had these done Saturday April 16th 2022

I was at this salon for almost 3 hours. The man doing my nails glued his thumb to mine on accident and didn’t even try to get the nail glue off of my thumb. He cut my fingers twice and laughed both times. I asked for a matte top coat twice and was still given a glossy one, even though the picture they had in front of them showed a matte top coat. I ended up leaving before they even finished my nails because I was so fed up with the look of my nails and being there. I was still told my service was $60 even though I didn’t end up getting the design and had awful service. Would never recommend to anyone.
