I went to the salon to get a facial Wax. I can’t tell you enough what they did to me and my face they burned half of my cheek. I expressed to them the damage that they had done and they told me to put Vaseline on it the next day I woke up with blisters on my face my face and still again I have not yet to get them to answer any of my calls. To make it righ.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for this simple style in purple, just shortened. This is what I ended up having to go with and I was charged $40. Terrible service, the technician took almost 2 hours just for this, and had the audacity to be yelling at me when I told her the gel wasn’t dry.
