Had a very disappointing experience Thursday. Have been a regular since they opened Loved the scriptures on the walls. I am on a walker and have been home taking care of husband 93 and Ill. None of my nails were the same shape. Most were crooked and lopsided. I asked for a simple ballerina shape and they charged me and extra $10 for a “shape”. I wanted to rip them off the second I left. Wow! Such an amazing experience I have had at a nail salon in a long while. The nail technician I had was gentle, through and sweet. She even helped me pick out a color and gave me a bit of advise with what she could do. I didn’t have to wait long for it to be a weekend (I did have an appointment and was a few mins late). The complimentary drink (mimosa) was good. I was able to work on my journal/planner while she worked. I am saying that because if the tech is rough while massaging your feet you can’t write/draw. A very pleasant and relaxing experience.
