I have never been disrespected by a place so bad. I went here for months no issues. Today I was in for my basic mani pedi. Mid sessions of getting my nails done with a different lady and she told I was being too picky about my shape. She clearly didn’t know the different with stiletto and almond. The lady removed all tips after they had already been glued. She was aggressive yelling at me in my face , she said that she had been doing nails for 20 years. I tried to tell her I wasn’t insulting her work but she wasn’t listening to me. I would never go back here. The communication is too off. Apple is the only lady in there who knows how to even do nails and talk to people like they are human beings. Worst customer service ever. I would always tip over 25%. Highly do not recommend.

The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful the man who did my nails could use a little more patience but was still friendly. Prices are not the best but it was a convenient place to go and my nails turned out nice

At the time I didn’t know how acrylics were properly done. I just want others to be aware that they do NOT soak your acrylics off when you get a new set. They take a nail tip and wedge it underneath your existing acrylic to “pop” off the acrylic nail. After a couple months, I had nearly no nail left and he even made one of my nails bleed and still charged me for my set. At this point I stopped going and switched to SNS with a different nail tech.I just want to warn ladies with acrylic, that they do not soak and take care of your nails. Last year, I had been getting acrylics for a few months at Nails of America. I had even given a good review. At the time I didn’t know how acrylics were properly done. I just want others to be aware that they do NOT soak your acrylics off when you get a new set. They take a nail tip and wedge it underneath your existing acrylic to “pop” off the acrylic nail. Won’t be returning to this nail salon. The only reason I even called and made an appointment was because my usual spot was on vacation. Quality service is our top priority sadly that’s not the top priority. I walked in and was rudely “told we are busy but go ahead and take a seat”

I went to have my nails done on Saturday. I was charged $30 and I put a $7 tip. When I looked at my bank account today, I was charged $43. When I called the salon, the manager was not apologetic and said if I brought the charge in, she would try and do something about it. The cleanup around my nails was horrible and when I tried to cleanup, my nails look horrible. If I get my money back, I will not go there again.

Moved to NC recently. Didn’t care for salon near me so chose this one near my daughter. Place was very busy and clean. I waited only 5 mins. I thought the people were very pleasant, offered me a bottle of water. It’s been 3 weeks, my pedicure still looks great. Am returning soon.

First of all the lady wanted to argue with me over the colors I choose. Second she said something about me in her language to the other lady working behind her and she turned to look at me and laughed. Later that same lady stopped to go to the bathroom in the middle of giving a pedicure and I could hear everything. She never even washed her hands!! Gross! After she finished doing the pedicure she came over and watched my lady finish my nails while adjusting her underwear. The lady doing my nails said something in her language and the other lady gave me a dirty look. My toe nails looked like crap. She didn’t even get all the cuticle skin off, just polished over it. And lastly my total was 30 and I gave her 40. She asked if I needed change and I said yes. She gave me two fives. Needless to say, she didn’t receive a tip. I didn’t even let her polish my nails bc I wanted to just get out of there!!
