Usually this place is my go to. Well not today, I went with a friend & her tech was amazing – mine on the other hand not so much. I got the worst nail job I think I could’ve ever experienced. I sat there for 2.5 hours & I asked for a light periwinkle color, got whatever this color was. then I asked for little swirl lines – she couldn’t even do that. she had to have ANOTHER tech do it. & then sat there & talked about me & how it was the color I chose that made her do a bad job. I’m not one to leave negative reviews or anything, but it was so sad. The tech did offer to fix it, but during the service I told her to fix the crooked nail & she didn’t even do anything but file the side that was crooked instead of just filing the side that would’ve fixed it. & she knew she was messing up bc she kept asking if it was okay then I finally just got annoyed & told her it was fine cause she wasn’t fixing anything so why ask if it’s okay? I ended up going somewhere else & still paid for the nails. all she said was ask the cashier to take the design price off. Shouldn’t have paid for it at all in my experience. But I went to Nail Bar of Texas on 96 & he did such a amazing job – that’s how you do nails! Pictured in the 2nd photo!

Color chipped within 24 hours. When I went back I didn’t want the original color since it didn’t last. They quickly slapped on color, almost sent me out without a top coat until I mentioned it was sticky. And I noticed there is left over color under the nails. They told me not to use matte as it doesn’t last and that next time I should use dip for foil design. Not a pleasant experience & I paid $90 for a fill and gel. Very expensive.

Although they were very friendly… The salon looked dirty and cluttered and in need of cleaning. I feel gunk under my nails and I am in my car trying to clean them. They are missing the details like hand lotion massage, and the nail filing is not uniformed. I feel like my manicure is not finished. Dip powder

Location is good, facility clean staff very friendly. Have not had a pedi in a long time, very pricey but it was nice to finally have one. When I arrived I did not have to wait went straight to the chair and started my massage.

I have been going to this salon since the day it opened. they always had issues with Consistency. I had taken my daughter for shalik 1 week back, which was done OKAY, but to get it removed they cut the nail so deep my daughter cried (she is 10).

I’m so frustrated!!! My nails ALWAYS fall off days after I get a full set here. Every single time! Which is crazy because this place is SUPER expensive! ($70 for full set) You would think after you spend all that money that your nails won’t fall off on a daily basis…but my nails constantly fall off one by one. Yes, they will repair your nail, but who wants to keep going up to the nail salon every 2 days??! Ridiculous. I am so DONE with this overpriced, awful place.
