I am out of state so this was my first time using their service. I was with two of my family members so total 3 people got nails done. I had horrible experience and the person who was doing my nails ( forgot her name, very young looking lady), she did horrible job with my nails. Two of my family members got their nails well done. My nails are short but even I can do 100% better job with regular nail polish. I have no words to how impatient this lady was and started acting rude towards the end. We asked her to change the color of one nail 3 times and she wouldn’t listen and continue to put on same color. On my other nail, I asked her to add another layer because you can still see my nails. She refused to do it. WHO DOES THAT!!! Very very unprofessional! We pay for the service, not asking her to do anything for free.

They had good energy, and the vibes were great and the setting was really nice. Although I asked them to do a simple nail design but they acted like they couldn’t do it so I just got one basic color I left unsatisfied with the length and the shape. The prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH for basic quality. And two days later my finger swell up from the nail being on my cuticle and cutting off my blood circulation so I had to take off my nail and one of my other nails cracked, and this all happened within two days. Prices and quality of nails isn’t worth coming here.

Dirties place I’ve ever been. After I told about in to manager Kim, she gave me a check and and complemented me with fabulous ambre of garlic and onion.Master Cady was very nice but still unprofessional after 3 years of work.I’m not an angry person, I’m just very tire to fine a good place to make my nails done.

The nails are crooked, not all the same length, and they filed down my actual finger. I am experiencing a lot of pain anytime I use the finger they filed. Also because of their poor work my cuticle under the nail started bleeding when I use that finger. Also they charge very high prices that are not worth it. I was going to do a refill but they claimed they couldn’t do that for me and charged me to get my nails completely redone even though they simply refilled my nails. They are also unable to do simple designs and do a poor job with any design.
