This place is the best! The service was excellent, they were all wearing masks, including customers, and the people working there are very nice! I asked for the deluxe mani and pedi and it was amazing!! I couldn’t stay to enjoy my shoulder and neck massage sadly, but I was very happy with the relation price – quality. I also asked for a deep nail ingrow mani and pedi and although it was tough, I have to thank Vivienne for helping me get my nails in order ❤️ she was at every point very nice to me and concerned if I was doing ok!

I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. The technician was rude, pushy, rough, and very aggressive. She clipped my toe nail too short and made it bleed, so when she applied the nail polish, it burned and stung. She asked if I wanted anything to drink, I requested a mimosa. She claimed they were out, so I chose not to order anything. Then she got up and came back with a bottle of bubbly and orange juice to make a mimosa and acted like she had gone out of her way to do me a special favor. It was no mimosa. It was orange juice with a tiny splash of champagne. Then when she did my manicure, she cut my cuticle too far back and made me bleed. She very sloppily globbed on the clear polish and didn’t go back to clean any of it up. When she gave me my shoulder massage, she sat on the edge of my chair and dug her elbows into my back. I left with a stinging toe, a stinging finger, and a sore back. I was better off before I decided to visit this place. It was all just awful, start to finish. Also, it’s interesting that this establishment responds to all of their ‘positive’ reviews, but don’t make any attempt to reach out to those who have expressed that they didn’t have a good experience. Says a lot about their quality of service!!!!

One star it is also to much! This has been the worst manicure and pedicure service I have ever had in my life. My nails look the same or worse than when I went there. The manicurist was more concerned with finishing my service faster, than with providing a quality service. I will never go back to that store. It is wasting money and time. It is a shame I can download a picture to prove it.

I like my nails. The color was amazing but I discovered cuts in my skin where filing was done too deep. There was still some paint left on my nails and it was obvious. There also were no prices anywhere. No prices explained. It was also very hard to relax. My nail tech was nice, but kept talking and getting distracted…. It was my first time in the area. Will not be back. The ladies were nice though. **update 3/26/22 my nails are lifting and keep catching things underneath (hair and fabric) I’ve been told it shouldn’t be doing that. I haven’t had my nails 2weeks yet!!!

My wife and I have been here a few times for manicures and pedicures, and the best I can describe the service is “casual indifference.” The pair of technicians we had today seemed to be annoyed that we were there. Perhaps it’s a language barrier thing, but my requests were ignored and the whole thing seemed rushed. In the end I left with an abrasion on my foot and a cold, empty feeling in my soul. 🙂

The nail tech cut me several times and tried to blame it on my skin being dry. She was very unprofessional and I didn’t get what I asked for despite asking several times for her to correct it. I also overheard another customer having the same issue and the nail tech responded to her saying “whatever” … I’m never returning or recommending

Great place! Extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been customer for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. The Deluxe pedicure is HEAVENLY – I highly recommend! I usually get the gel/shellac polish on my fingernails. I don’t know what they do differently than the other places, but my gel polish lasts so much longer than my friends’ who go elsewhere. My mom and mother in law like to go when they come to my house for a visit because they have noticed the same thing!

Today a group of girls teenagers were having manicure, the place were not crouded but with almost a dozen of clients, sudenly a three guys friends of the teenagers girls, wearing no mask, came in and stayed there till waiting for the girls. The front desk guy, did anything, I told him he should ask them to leave. But I had no answer.
