This was my first time receiving a manicure and it was a good experience. I am a very low maintenance girl so I tend do just get a basic manicure with basic color nail polish . I will say that Jenny the nail technician I had was very detail oriented and did a great job shaping and fixing any hang nails I had. I also appreciated her asking if I wanted a massage (I didn’t) because most places just automatically give you one . I did pay $21 plus tip which for basic manicure is on the higher end compared to others in the area (that’s my reason for the 4 start, I would rate it a 4.8)

I’ve been to at least 5 nail salons looking for someone to do my nails and finally found one that’s perfect, the nail technician came up with the design and had fun doing it. I’m so happy I found one that cares and took her time to make sure it was perfect!!! The place is gorgeous and I love their pedicures too. If you ever need your nails done perfectly ask for Stacy.

Won’t be back. Had Dips and pedicure done April 29th and nail lady rushed me to pick a color, literally grabbing a couple books and ushering me to my pedicure chair. Then pedicurist was so busy talking to her coworker, she scrubbed my heel till it almost bled. I pulled away in pain and she apologized. I have not been to this location before but both of my techs did an amazing job. I want to advise they do have busy hours – so be the smart person and not go around busy hours without an appointment. Easy as that. I’m very disappointed reading these reviews. This location is right at the busiest intersection and then people complain when they have to wait. Go earlier. Also seeing the laminated notes of “if our techs speak too much Vietnamese please let us know” was extremely disheartening. If you’re not happy with someone speaking another language – learn it. It’s so disappointing how people in this area feel entitled. I know that you’re trying to please unwanted guests but don’t change who you are for the comfort of ignorant clients. Thank you again for the great service.

Got shellac manicure. Everyone was really nice. The nail tech accidentally nicked me so one of my nails was bleeding the whole time. When I got outside I saw a bunch of craters and holes in the gel polish. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to go back in and get my nails redone 🙁 Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been to this location about 4 times and each time leading up to the last visit the service and quality would get worse.If you want a rushed in and out service then this may be the place for you.If you want inconsistency & a tech that doesn’t speak to you at all or one that over talks you when you explain what look you are going for then this may be a place for you.This is a place that focus more on up selling then striving to provide better quality services.I’ve NEVER left this place IN LOVE with my services and it unfortunate and disappointing when you’re spending over $100 each visit.Prior to today’s visit my hands were soaked in a bowl of acetone to remove the acrylic at this salon.When trying to explain that I rather not have my entire hand submerged in a bowl of acetone I was told “this is the only way we do it.”.I was also told that they do not call reservations for confirmations or to reschedule.This speaks volumes about the culture of this place.Needless to say I left with out completing my service and this is the last day I will go here.
