Critical: QualityI went in on Thursday 12/30 and this is how my nails look today 1/2. When the man was doing my nails he did not prep them correctly (shellac), I get my nails done on a regular basis and know the steps very well. Before he started to polish, I asked him if he was going to dehydrate the nail- he did a little filing (which i asked for) and barely buffed my nails then went straight to putting on polish. Back to asking about prepping the nail he said “ i’ll do 2 coats of base and 2 coats of color” ….. this is the result and this is why you ALWAYS prep the nail!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I got our nails done at Nails of America in Conroe one week ago. I had to go back the next day because two of them broke over night. I went in with long coffin nails and ended up with what is shown. My daughters nails have already broken and now are peeling. Mine are dull and as you can see very bumpy. Messy job, we got two dips and two pedicures and spend $275.00. $20.00 of it was tip that we had to do 4 transactions for each individual. This place is horrible! When I complained they tried to explain to me how dip works like I have not been getting my nails done for over 20 years. My daughter and I got our nails done at Nails of America in Conroe one week ago. I had to go back the next day because two of them broke over night. I went in with long coffin nails and ended up with what is shown. My daughters nails have already broken and now are peeling. Mine are dull and as you can see very bumpy. I recently used their services having a pedicure and dip nails. I was arranging some furniture at home the following day and broke a fingernail – completely my fault. I returned to the salon that day and showed them my broken nail and also asked to thicken them a bit (I had chosen to go thin which now I know is not for me). The salon was very busy so the owner, Michelle, walked me to a seat and personally fixed my broken nail and also completed all of my nails with the dip powder making them thicker. Since that is not part of the guarantee, I fully expected to pay for the extra service but they did not charge me. Additionally, Michelle chatted to me the entire time and was very lovely and had great stories to tell – she’s a very sweet person. I thorough enjoyed my time there and will remain a loyal client. I highly recommend visiting and seeing what they can do for you. Thanks Michelle and team for an amazing experience!

Very disappointed with this location. Two weeks ago, as I was getting my nails completed by John I asked if he would be able to do my nails on Wednesday September 21st. I let him know it was for my wedding and he told me it was his day off but he would come in to assist. We then walked over to the front desk and he asked the front desk person to book him at 10am on his day off September 21st. Today, I called to confirm and the appointment magically disappeared. This is completely frustrating and not professional at all. I would highly recommend NOT making any type of appointment at this location.

I used to love coming here but lately I’ve constantly had major issues because the nail techs don’t listen to anything you request. Paid for a level 2 or 3 pedicure and didn’t get half of what it was supposed to be offered. She basically dug at my cuticles for 20 minutes which was so unnecessary. Won’t be returning

When I say discrimination I mean it…I have never experienced this before but only heard stories and seen viral post/videos. Well today December 31,2022 my daughter and I can say we have experienced segregation upon my arrival my daughter and I waited to be seen for our pedicures after 10-15min it was out turn ok cool . We were escorted back to before getting to the back I noticed to empty seats where all the white people were. As we walked back we got to our seats I noticed all the black people are in one room in the back a customer said to me “ you see you feel it” and yes I did I immediately walked out because I will not support and establishment who thinks less of my people.

Got my nails done here they came out ugly, and they don’t go up all the way to your cuticles so it looks like your nails have grown out after they’re done, I went back two days later because one nail popped off and ended up paying for a complete new set of nails and I asked for a different person and I asked for them to go all the way up and they wouldn’t. I would not waste your money here.

They don’t do nails that last at all, both times I’ve came they rushed my nails. I wanted to like this place but I don’t think I’ll revisit. $55/75 on nails isn’t cheap so no reason my nails can’t last more than a week. Acrylic nails

I feel so pretty now. I got a spa pedicure. They woman that did it was great. Very gentle and had a great experience and very good customer service. They keep me laughing and even played great music at closing. I will be coming back for sure. And they are very patriotic the man at the front desk. Lots of different colors to pick from and they polish is of great quality no clumping or anything. Thanks for great spa day
