Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Value$85 for a pedicure, to remove my old set and a gel manicure.I asked to soak off my old set and get a gel manicure. They didn’t soak them off instead popped them all off one by one which was painful at times.Didn’t really give me a manicure. Didn’t treat my cuticles. Popped off my old set, smoothed the nails out, and then painted with gel polish. After they were polished he then used a nail file to shape my nails. Normally they shape the nails before they paint them. Can see in the pictures none my nails are even. They all slant and have a pointing end. Some of the nails have bubbles.As for the pedicure it was more of a dry pedicure. They put my feet in the water at the beginning of the pedicure and that was it. Normally they take your feet in and out of the water after each step. They kept my feet out of the water after they completed removed my old polish and never put them back in until they washed off the old dead skin. They don’t pay attention to who comes in first or has an appointment they just go in random orders. There was a lady that had been soaking her feet for 20mins before someone came over to do her pedicure. There were people that walked in after her that got serviced first.This was my second visit. I gave them a second chance because the first time I visited they did an awesome job on my pedicure. But, even at my first visit I noticed they didn’t go in any particular order and I had to wait 45mins after my pedicure for someone to do my fill.I give them 2 stars because the tech I had was nice and funny. Overall the building is clean. this place is super clean n fast i came here for 2 pedicures n a fill in. it’s really pretty n nice inside feel really relaxing great decor… they’re super fast.. lil pricey my fill in was like 40$ only cause i got gel but other places feel fill ins r lil cheaper i could’ve got a new set instead n paid about the same price also my friend gt a pedicure n the guy doing it didn’t know what he was doing he was following all the steps my lady was doing the service was ok they r a lil ruff n they move super fast so it’s not that comfortable but it was pretty nice i would come back my pedicure was ok after leaving i notice my big toe not painted that good but it’s not that noticeable

I have been there 3 times forat time was great nails was awesome lasted second time thumb nail broke within a week so went to have it fixed had fill and gel polish and thumb nail polish came off same day broke 2 days later ahhh so will not be returning cost way to much for 1-3 days of nails

My first few visits was great my recent one today when bad. They asked me did I want acyclic nails I said yes and yes to gel . I waited 10 mins for a seat to be available. After been seated the lady said I told her French tip . So she began to take off my gel and transferred me to the other lady. The other lady didn’t but on any French tip nails but continue to snap and coat my nails like normal. I looked confused because I got nails done before and these aren’t the steps . But I didn’t say anything and let her continue. After being a top coat I stopped her and told her that’s not what I asked for. She stopped they said I had to wait again after 3 ppl just walked in . 20 mins later after already been in the shop for 2 hours !!! Very unprofessional don’t recommend after I talked highly of ya smdh !
