I had the best nails experience I’ve ever had in the many years I’ve had my nails done. I did not catch the nail tech’s name but she was absolutely incredible. I only go to Nails Now and here is why…. I’m a professional cleaning technician and I use my hands all day long, often using my nail itself as a tool. I have gone a whole month between fills and my nails never lift, chip, crack, or break. I go to Sunny who is an amazing artist. I got a tragic full set here. My nails were filed so much on the sides that my fingers hurt. My gel polish was not set so the semi solid top layer slid off overnight, and liquid gel polish got everywhere. I did have a good experience with customer service and they fixed my polish free of charge. There wasn’t much that could be done about the filing situation. Two stars because they did the best they could to fix it, but this should have never happened.

The workers are always friendly and have great customer service . My classic mani/pedi with regular nail polish was originally suppose to be $32 but the young female assistant at the desk charged me $58 the nail on my middle finger also peeled off immediately after. Not the first time that’s happened to my nails sadly here too Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures
