I am so disappointed in the service I got at Nails Now. I went to get a full set of acrylic, gel nails and I had picked a purple polish that faded very quickly. I called them and expressed my disappointment and they told me to come back in and they would re-do it for free. I went back in and picked a higher quality polish and they did an even worse job than before! The lady told me that the pink polish would cover up the purple, but as you can see the purple still very much shows through. The pink polish is also chipping after only five days. I will never be going back!

First time I’ve gotten my nails done here since I just moved from Arizona. I’m not very picky but the bumps will bother me till I figure out how to smooth it. Back home I paid $35 for dip, paid $45 here. Also in AZ would get a hand/arm massage, none of that here except for a brief time of oil being rubbed in. Had dip nails done. Quickest manicure ever. I love the color and she was nice but I have rough spots on my nails. First time I’ve gotten my nails done here since I just moved from Arizona. This was first and last time here. I came in for a fill in and was extremely disappointed. I have just moved here from out of town and will begin the hunt for a new salon asap. I always get gel because it’s quick and easy. The entire experience was painful because the technician kept digging her nails in my fingers trying to be precise all for me to have bubbles in my nails at the end of the service. She also seemed to have an attitude because another customer didn’t want her to do her nails so she was left with mine, at which point I should have left. To top all of this, the price point on the sign was $35 for a fill-in. What was I charged? $45!!!! Terrible job and then they’re scamming on top of that! I didn’t want to go back when I saw it because I didn’t enjoy the servicen initially and I just didn’t want to go back in there for anything!

The guy that did my nails was rude. I tried to get my nails medium sized and he kept insisting it would be way more which I didn’t mind. Still didn’t get the length I wanted. I looked on here and read reviews before making a appt and I dont regret it at all! I have been to see Mimi twice now and she has been great! I wanted my nails done and after doing some research online I found that this salon does dip nails and I LOVE THEM!!! SOO many color options and its soo much better for your nails! She did put a tip on because I wanted some length but now (after 3 weeks) I went in to get them redone and when she shortened then, it’s now my nail underneath! I live an hour away and will continue to drive to this salon and you should to!

I’ve comehere for a bit, acrylic nails and pedicures. Last two visits have been disappointing, polish went on thick and bubbled. First time I went right back after leaving and Brenda was great at fixing the problem. This last time I Mentone the issue to Mimi as she was finishing my nails and she said she couldn’t see what I was talking about. As I pointed out one, another would pop up. Fixed several and finally felt it was a good as it was going to get. I asked her why the bubbled were happening and she shrugged and said she didn’t know. After a quick Google search everything I found pointed to old polish out on too thick and not curing between coats. Looking at them under the light, the color is really unwven lumpy and too thick. Polish on my cuticles and not on the edges where it should be. I was charged an extra $15.00 for changing the shape from squoval to round, this was mentioned after we started the change. Not happy and I don’t plan on returning. Their quality has just gone way down hill from when we first went in. I think they’re trying to squeeze too many clients in and not doing the best job as a result.

I was so excited to get a set done from the place I have gone to for years (since 2009 at least). I asked for a special shape so I knew it would be a little more expensive. I also knew they would have to be a little longer. But I specifically asked to dothe shortest cut for this style. When I got done they where so long but figured it was fine. Got home and realized how thick they where. Then started to noticed some lift of the polish. 9 days later I am taking them off and the first set of polish is not dry under the top coat. I have never had this happen. But I would definitely say this set was not worth $75 dollars. Super disappointed

Very friendly staff! I was able to walk in at 6 and get a manicure. They didn’t have any problem with it. I’m impressed with my nails. It was pretty quick. It was like forty five minutes when it usually is over an hour. Might have to come here for a pedicure one of these days not sure yet. Very nice thing about this salon is its not far from where I live!
