Love this place! I decided to give this salon a try and they didn’t disappoint. All the ladies were friendly and welcoming. My nails were done by Liz and my toes by another great lady ( didn’t get her name). They were both attentive and detailed in their work. I will definitely be back, moving forward. Yes! Finally found a spot that does nail ART! Trinity is amazing! I was able to get a same day appointment and asked if anyone knew how to do Halloween designs. I showed her a picture not expecting it to look similar and wow! They look great! I also got a pedicure and Katty did such a great paint and massage job! I will be leaving my usual spot of 10 years! This will be my new place. The prices are very reasonable.

I absolutely love the overall vibe of this nail shop! It’s probably the best I’ve ever been to. I like how they properly welcome their guest and take time on your nails to make it look very similar to how you asked for it to be done. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. I love this nail salon!! The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. The salon is also beautiful and very clean!! I’m very disappointed with the way this salon has treated a long tenured customer. I got my acrylic nails done here twice. The first time, my nails ended up shorter than what I wanted. So, second time, I decided to keep them a little longer. However, after she finished filing, they looked longer than what I wanted. So I asked her to file some more. Not only was the lady rude, she was also using too much pressure while filing and ended up hurting my fingers. After all this, my right hand nails were longer than my left as you can see in the pic. I told the owner about it and she asked me to come back to get it fixed. I couldn’t come back immediately due to other work but I called them and asked to reschedule. Today, I came to the appointment and they told me to pay again for fixing because it’s been over a week since my nails have been done. When I insisted that I wasn’t given the same information on phone when I called to make this appointment, the lady finally agreed to fix my nail but she was visibly upset. She grabbed my hand with force and used too much pressure to file that it was hurting me. I was truly upset at this point and asked her to stop as I figured out that she was angry. This is very disappointing since I have been coming here from the day they started business. They don’t have good customer service and communication. I feel they are under staffed and rubbing that on customers

Do not go here! They are over priced! I got a basic powder acrylic set with ombré. The total cost was $85! They charge $25 for ombré alone! $5 for tip (why is it a separate charge for the nail tips from the $45 for a powder set?) $5 for long length (I could ball my fist with my nails. They were not long at all! Medium at best). I have been getting my nails done for years! This was a slap in the face regarding pricing. Never again!
