Positive: Quality, ValueMy first time here and I am so impressed. I may have heard the woman’s name wrong, but I thought I heard “Snow”?. Either way, this woman is my hero. I had my lashes and nails done by her. My eyes were watering while she was doing my lashes, which made it really hard, but she was so patient and my lashes turned out great. Then as she started doing my nails, her husband was calling her and she had to make a few phone calls for him and she was taking care of everything while still doing my nails like an absolute BOSS. A woman that handles her business!! I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she couldn’t have done a more perfect job. She made sure to get it JUST right. My first time here and I am so impressed. I may have heard the woman’s name wrong, but I thought I heard “Snow”?. Either way, this woman is my hero. I had my lashes and nails done by her. My eyes were watering while she was doing my lashes, which made it really hard, but she was so patient and my lashes turned out great. Then as she started doing my nails, her husband was calling her and she had to make a few phone calls for him and she was taking care of everything while still doing my nails like an absolute BOSS. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityService was mediocre at best, the place was unclean. The cuticle clippers the lady used on me she got from her station and put them right back when she was done so they where not clean. I also was going to get a pedicure but they use no plastic cover between customers and use a basic soap to “clean” the bowl the same soap that’s available at the hand wash station. Therefore there was dirt and particles in the water they wanted to use for me so I decided not to get a pedicure. 10/10 don’t recommend.Service: Gel manicuresService was mediocre at best, the place was unclean. Service was mediocre at best, the place was unclean. The cuticle clippers the lady used on me she got from her station and put them right back when she was done so they where not clean. I also was going to get a pedicure but they use no plastic cover between customers and use a basic soap to “clean” the bowl the same soap that’s available at the hand wash station. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueWe made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday at 3:15 for 2 people. We showed up at 3:10 to pick out our colors. We werent seated until 3:30 they didnt run the water in the tubs until 3:40. My pedicure was started at 3:40 but my friends wasnt sarted until 3:50. About 2 min into her pedicure a woman walked in for a wax. The technician doing my friends pedicure gets up and walks away never to return. About 4:15 my pedicure is done and my friend is soaking is cold water. A technician that was doing a manicure came over drained the water and painted her toes really quickly. We said that this was not acceptable they just smiled at us and said they would start her pedicure while her nails dry. We said no I was already done and they didnt seem to care. When we went to pay they said she had to pay $20.00! We will never return to this place. This is not our regualr shop but our shop is closed on Sundays. Our shop has disposable bags for the tubs and we have to purchase/bring our own bag with files and buffers. We made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday at 3:15 for 2 people. We showed up at 3:10 to pick out our colors. We werent seated until 3:30 they didnt run the water in the tubs until 3:40.
