My pregnant girlfriend went in for her appointment and was told she’d have to wait. She ended up having to wait an hour and not have time to get them done. I called the store to find out what was going on and the extremely rude and unprofessional woman on the phone who was also supposed to take care of my girl told me to get my facts straight that I don’t know what I’m talking about. When I asked for the general managers phone number she told me she’d have to get it but ill have to wait an hour for it. Her name was something like aidee. Never seen such an unprofessional and downright disrespectful individual

Always very friendly. Also clean. Went again today and had a full set done. Always went to Lisa and she isn’t there anymore. So went to Mi. She is so friendly and does an amazing job! Highly recommend her. When I walked in I was greeted and felt welcome!

I have had many pedicures from many places and in many different states. The pedicure I received at this establishment was by far the worst in quality and appearance that I have ever had. I did only get the basic package and all the steps were included but done very poorly. And, the actual paint job (even after me addressing and the lady fixing a couple obvious errors) is embarrassing (see pic to see lines and poor quality of work). I would not return. We had several in our party and only one left with a highly positive experience.

I wanted to get my nails done for Mother’s Day. We were there today (Saturday) and the Caucasian woman at the counter was so rude. She asked if I had an appointment and I didn’t hear what she said so i asked her to repeat it. She told me “just put your name on the list”. I didn’t mind waiting. She told me it was going to be between 30 and 45 minutes. I put my name in the list and we left to walk around the mall. About 45 minutes later, we go back and my name is crossed off the list. I didn’t get a phone call or message of any kind that they were ready for me. At this point, the Woman that was there had left for the day. I am so disappointed in this place. I had been going there for years and this is how the treat people? They won’t have my business any longer. Rude people!
