I really enjoy going to this place and always LOVEEE my results. I like to try out different salons but none compare to the quality and prices of Nails and More. All the nails I’ve ever gotten done here have lasted way longer than any others from anywhere else.I probably wait a little longer than I should between fills, usually 3-4 weeks, but the nails still always last me till my next fill. They always do an amazing job and the staff is really nice just not very talkative. They also can almost always fit me in the same day if I call to make an appointment. My go-to nail salon, I definitely will be going back. 🙂

I’ve been here a couple of times because it’s close to where I work. I went in today to get a dip nail set. I wanted to do clear and the lady CONVINCES me to do a color so I pick purple. Which is fine but not what I wanted. Then while my nails are drying she touches one and messes it up and doesn’t even acknowledge it. I thought we’ll this place is cheaper so oh well. When I go up to pay the total is $43. It was such an odd number I asked “why is my total $43” the lady responds with “$40 for the dip, $3 for the shape”. Excuse me what? The SHAPE?? I’ve been there and other salons countless times and have never been charged for my shape. Especially since the shape I picked is the most average boring shape there is. If you guys have been charged for the shape as well please let me know cause then I know I’m in the wrong.

I told them I wanted my 10 yr. old granddaughter to get her nails painted. She said, “so a pedicure” I said no, just maybe a little massage and paint. She said, then charge for pedicure. I said never mind, just paint the nails please. She sighed, came over and painted her toenails. Went and sat down. I asked if she could do her fingers too. Sign, gets up… walks over, doesn’t say a word to my granddaughter, doesn’t try to make it a fun experience to remember with Gramma. I asked the guy if he could just remove my old half grown out toenail polish. I wanted nothing else with it. The total for that came out to $27. What? Why? I could have bought 10 bottles of nail polish and it wasn’t fun. They made it very uncomfortable. Then pretends not to understand anything I ask.

I’ve lived in Kaysville about 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My acrylic nails last longer than anywhere else and their staff is super friendly and well trained. If you are looking for a place to meet your nail and pedicure needs… look no further than nails and more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called before I took my daughter for her birthday and was told they charge $25 for a child to get her nails (hands and feet) painted as well as lotion/massage. When I showed up they charged me $40! I told them I was told $25 and they said they charged me more because they massaged my daughters legs. They refused to honor their quote and very rude and unprofessional. My sister called back separately and they again quoted on the phone they offer the children’s service with hand and feet massage and painted for $25. They are dishonest and over charge even if they give you a quote. Critical: Quality, ValueDo not waste your time going to this nail salon. They ask you what you’d like to get done and then assume which option you want. When I walked in I asked for a gel pedicure and they sat me in the seat. The manager brought over the gel colors and started peeling my old gel off instead of the proper way. He starts working on my feet without asking me which pedicure I want to do. If you are going to assume only offer one pedicure and one manicure. So I start asking questions and when he told me massage time is 2-3 minutes per leg for all pedicures I said I want to leave and asked how much I need to pay to get out of the chair. He charged me 15 to peel off gel nail polish.. So if you want that type of service, short massage time, people rushing you out the door then this is the salon for you. If not, do yourself a favor and do not even take the time to give them any business. It’s truly not worth your time and money and they could care less.Service: PedicureDo not waste your time going to this nail salon. Positive: QualityI had a super great experience there!! The staff was so nice, friendly, skilled, and funny! I got a manicure and pedicure, both look great! The nail art was super pretty! The massage felt great, they put in a lot of work and effort to make sure I had a good experience. My only complaint would be it was more expensive than I was hoping for. Given, I did get gel and nail art, but it was still 75$. But worth the money, I’m just cheap.I had a super great experience there!! The staff was so nice, friendly, skilled, and funny! Their prices are lower, but reflect the service you will receive. I went there a year ago for a pedicure with my sister and mother in law, and it was great. I went back a while later for a manicure expecting it to be like the first time, but it was so awkward. I was the only customer there and they had my wait. Granted I had just walked in, but everyone there wasn’t on their phones.? There was a guy there (he seemed like he was in charge) and he was so rude to the other 3 ladies working there. The lady who did my nails were really nice. But when my nails came out of the blue lights and she said they were done, 1 of them smudged while I was paying. The lady just patted her finger on it to “fix it.” ??? Then when I went out to the car another nail smudged. A week later, most of my nails had flaked off. I guess the polish was old or something. I was really upset but I figured it was a cheap price so you get what you pay for. I would not go back there.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband got me a $35 gift certificate here in Feb 2020– so right before the pandemic hit. Their gift certificates expire 1 year from issue date but I figured they’d be willing to accept it because I did my part as a responsible citizen to “stay home and help flatten the curve.” To my astonishment, they would not accept my gift certificate. Wow. My two sisters, my mom, and my nieces have all come here many times before. And we are a family that tips WELL. Now they’ve lost the business of my whole family and the potential business they could have had from me. Hope it was worth it for them to decline me. And beware if you purchase a gift certificate here. Friendly enough to take your money but rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will both pamper you AND treat you well.Services: Pedicure, ManicureMy husband got me a $35 gift certificate here in Feb 2020– so right before the pandemic hit.
