Unsanitary. My daughter and I went this morning. Lady was trying to use same instruments she used on person before me. I know this because I was sitting next to other client. I told her your not gonna use same tools on my feet or I will walk out. She says ok I get new ones. Imagine how many people don’t see it happen. They lady working on my daughter feet just closed plastic container and used it on next lady. I so wanted to say something but they were already upset with me. Ladies be alert.

Nails and more is the best nail salon in the whole Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood and even Houston area. I’ve been filling my nails with then since 2003 and I would not change them for any other nail place. Willy and Mary are the best nail tech ever their staff is always ready to help customers as they walk in. I highly recommend Nails and more!

have been here many times, never go to Willie. he never does what I asked him to and always says “we don’t do long nails” but I always see him doing them for who he wants to. if Mary is the lady who sits directly behind the register, she’s horrible. the last time my friends and I were here, she told one of them she didn’t want to do her nails (very rudely) and told her to move chairs. and when I told her it was rude of her to do that to a paying customer, she got upset and then tried to change her story. horrible customer service. if a customer feels like her nail isn’t straight or wants a longer/shorter length, you do that. they are paying you! you never tell someone “I don’t want to your nails” only reason I give them two stars is because of the lady who sits at the third station back from the register. can never remember her name, but she does her job extremely well! nails & pedi.

Low Quality service and over priced. I asked for Coffin nails and they gave me ballerina after telling them multiple times what I wanted. Low quality nails at that. Very difficult to remove. Wasn’t too busy. Decent customer service. Won’t catch me there again.

Worst place ever. Will never come back. Haven’t had my toes done since Easter so I was expecting to find a good place to get a massage. The older lady did my toes and she rushed through it. She didn’t even massage my feet. Then when I asked her why she didn’t massage my feet she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. Waste of money and time. Don’t waste your money too many other places to go.
