This nail salon is trash. I paid 120 dollars for my pedicure and my 9 year old only got her toes polished. She also got a full set gel polish. My daughter pedicure was polish only and they still charged me full price. I got my pedicure and the old lady said 50 dollars. And she chose the package she wanted to give me. I didn’t get a massage or nothing. She was like “I’m not gone do nothing to yo toes just the first package.” When I got ready to pay LeLe told me earlier my daughter nails n toes was 45 dollars which sounds right sense she only polished her toes and did a full set on her nails. Now 50+45=95 right? I got to the counter I paid 120 dollars. I will never go back n there. The nail techs are mediocre anyway. They never do what you tell them too. Please go to Luxury Nail’s or Pro Nails instead. I might just start driving back to Tuscaloosa to Midtown Nail.

My pedicure was good. However, I did not like the way the technician did my mom’s pedicure. She ended up with an infected toe. She left there bleeding. I hope they sterilize their tools. We both had the deluxe pedicure but it looked like my mom just had the basic. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever received. It was very obvious the technician was in a hurry to finish & move onto another client. My nails are misshapen, there are dirt specs in the paint on multiple fingers, and you can see my actual nail through the paint as she didn’t let it dry enough before applying additional coat. She wouldn’t let any of the paint dry which means it’ll all come off this week. A waste of $25 and a trip to Demopolis.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my nails done because my usual is farther and it was more convenient. Instead of soaking my previous acrylic nails off she started ripping them off!! I yelled and asked to be soaked and she still didn’t!! The other girl that finished them did a good job but because I asked for short ones she almost cut my finger, I had to stop her before she cut into my finger. I am very disappointed with the treatment. Will not return.
