Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m not from around the area and my nail tech back home and myself were struggling to find a nail place I could go to while on contract away from my home state! Well let me just say Kim is great! Very welcoming her staff is god awfully nice! Her shop gives you the home town feels! She was very thorough , professional and did exactly what I wanted. I’m a nurse so unfortunately I can’t have the luxury of long gorgeous nails but she absolutely did one better for me. Clean, cut and short so I’m able to still look pretty even on my worst days of work! Thank you Kim can’t wait to come back again! ❤️ Highly suggest her if your ever in the area on contract! Must call to make appointments! I’m not from around the area and my nail tech back home and myself were struggling to find a nail place I could go to while on contract away from my home state! Well let me just say Kim is great! Very welcoming her staff is god awfully nice! Her shop gives you the home town feels! She was very thorough , professional and did exactly what I wanted. Critical: QualityI rarely get my nails done and this was my first time getting them done in stevens point. I had such a great experience getting my nails done here, the employee was very nice and it was a nice atmosphere. BUT unfortunately a day later my gel nails started to peel at the bottoms. I called back and asked if they could be fixed because I figured maybe it was just a fluke. She told me it was “normal” but still ended up putting another top coat over them again. Not even a day later They started to peel again (in larger chunks). Like I said before I’m not the type of person to get my nails done a lot but I do know that when I get my nails done they usually last a whole week or more. Overall my gel pedicure and manicure lasted 4 days, including the first two days.
