I highly recommend Nail Lux of Texas I have been coming here for months but today was extra special. Exactly what I needed in a time of need and didn’t even have to ask for help Very kind and helpful. Just had a newborn and they were so kind and patient with me and my baby while I had a pedicure done. They even helped me push baby around in stroller to help her go to sleep.

Went here to just get my color changed on my nails. Before I knew it the lady starts filing them and completely messed up the shape, length, and smoothness. It looks like a five year old did them. I was disappointed and shocked as I went in with perfect nails and left crying with a mess.

We have been going for several years but today was the last. Nail techs constantly change, each one talk about the others work. They have botched my nails before and because of the what I thought was great customer service and them fixing the problem I continued to go. My daughter went yesterday and colors were mixed to match what she wanted but it came out no where near what she asked for and were extremely ugly, her mistake for not speaking up right then and there and having them fix them. She went in this morning to have them fixed and was charged for another set. Mind you she went in to also have a pedicure and the so called manager for today cause I’ve been going forever and he’s NOT the manager said he did her nails. Well sir your work sucks and if you really thought the color looked good you mistakenly thought wrong. Your customer service is ridiculous and we will take our business elsewhere!
