I generally have nice long nails but due to all the wedding prep my nails were a mess so I ended up doing acrylics for the first time. I really enjoyed the service we got. It was my first time getting acrylics and my manicurist explained the process and helped me make decisions. They also created a simple but elegant design for me based on the inspiration pictures I provided.

The staff all very friendly and I felt like I was at a glass cubicle surrounded by panels to keep everyone safe. The ladies wear masks and shields. Every time I go there I’m told wait 5 minutes. 5 minutes always turns into a half hour then I leave and go to the next nail salon on the next corner. Waste of time going there.

Mother specifically asked for calluses removal service when she walked in, both owner and nail lady acknowledged the request, she sat and had her nails cut then they said they didn’t do calluses removal and made excuses to take care of ingrown nails this completely ignoring initial request so they end up doing everything but what she asked for. Poor service overall and still charged full amount for below basic pedicure. She walked out without gel color.

My nail tech, Wendy is great. The prices here are high though. Even though I have been her customer for over 10 years, I get charges for every tiny thing done. Extra $$$$$ for design, gel, extra fill or acrylic to get all nails even, nail take off, every single item. My last tech would fix my broken nail free for customer loyalty.

First time here and I’ll be back!! There screenings customers for Covid. Ask you to use hand sanitizer right away. (I appreciate that a lot) The part I like is that they gave me a quote on the phone and it matched up with out me saying a word. The woman that did my pedicure wasn’t ruff or rushing. I wasn’t cringing while she filed or anything!!! Clear and concise on price and services!! Thanks ladies!!
