One of the best nail tech I have met here, Ve, she does amazing work; so I tip her well. She is a military spouse. However her boss doesn’t like something about that, Ve, or maybe just me. Whenever I call to make an appointment she says they are busy. I went in as a walk in & she would take others over me. I waited patiently. She was even scheduling appointments on the phone as I sat there, so I left. I then called to make an appointment which seemed to be going well until she asked had I been there before in which I replied yes and that Ve does my nails. The woman then said ugh & that they were super busy. I felt something didn’t seem right so I had a friend do a three way call to see what was the deal. They charge more than the price listed and expect a tip. I asked for a design, showed them a picture before we started doing my nails and then at the end when it was time to make the design he said he couldn’t do it.. Went to the new Andy (not to be confused with the original Andy, who was also very nice). He was amazing. He came from Rochester in March with his sweet family, and he was very particular about doing a great job. Also, he was very friendly and quite funny. Will def go back!
