Awful experience here. I asked for the dip on my nails to be removed. I asked to have them soaked off and she proceeded to try to rip them off with a fake nail. It hurt like hell and I asked again for her to let me soak them but she kept trying to rip them off. Then I asked for just gel polish on my nails. Paid $50 for my nails to look like my 5 year old cousin did them. Safe to say I will never be back. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Went here spur of the moment, not my usual place and not my usual experience. I sat for a long time with my feet in lukewarm water while she finished her client, which was ok because the massage chair worked great. I told her what color I wanted and I was told over and over that the one she chose was more sparkly. Finally she went to look for it but didn’t have. The color ended up fine but too light. She offered to give me a manicure for 10.00. Kept telling me that my nails, which I keep short and unpolished would look better if I did it. I finally agreed. But as ahe started working on me. 2 customers came in. She went quickly through my manicure. The results are horrible and my nails are in worse condition today.

Got my nails done for my wedding. Brought my daughter with me. We were both really happy with the service! The lady doing my daughter’s nail freehanded flowers and patterns for her, which she loved. It’s been three weeks and my gel polish is still on and not chipped at all! Going back tomorrow to get them redone.

Will NEVER be back! They’re clearly posted online and on doors that they open at 9:30 so I planned my break for that time. They took their sweet time opening. They just hung out playing on phones and talking knowing they had a customer waiting outside.

Just got my nails done here last week and a couple of my acrylics are already falling off. I’ve had acrylics done plenty of times and never have they fell off within the first week of getting them put on. They also hurt and have been hurting since I got them. I think she didn’t put them on right. Also, I asked for a coffin look and they don’t look coffin at all. They are long and skinny with a very ugly shape definitely not coffin. Very overpriced. Mani and pedi together cost the same at other places as one mani here. Not worth it.

This place is not lovely. I was forced to pick a gel nail color from this book that only had about 40 colors in it… although they’re walls were full of other colors. I thought they were trying to upsell me on the powder dip nails and that was the reason for the limited color selection but that wasn’t it. So I didn’t like the color at all. The lady was kind of sloppy and painted on my skin in multiple places. I pointed that out to her and she took a cuticle clipper to cut the painted skin off. She was very pushy about getting me to pay with cash. I had no cash and she seemed mad. They must get some perk from getting cash. The overall look of the nails is bad, she didn’t paint all the way to the base of the nail and she filed them down to stubs. The place was grubby and had a questionable “sterilizer” bucket in back with murky blue water. Not happy and I’m never going back there.

Ignored by technicians while they spoke in another language. Not even stopping when we tried to ask a question. Brought grand daughter and she did not get the special day we had planned. She was the last to get anything done even though she was getting mani pedi. Worse nail salon I have ever been to. As I sit here they put her polish on wrong fingers. We said what nail would be different 3 times because she didn’t seem to want to paint it that way the technician just didn’t. My granddaughter is 5 paint them how she likes!!!Sum up, her special grandma day was 100$ of bs. I’m visiting from out of state and do not get these moments everyday. Shame
