Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy aunt got a deep tissue gel manicure done 6 days ago, and noticed some chips in a couple fingers and others that are peeling easily peeling off. They also didn’t clean up her cuticles properly, and is blaming the chips on the fact that her nails were cut too short (which they did). And when asked to do a simple fix, they want to charge her $50 for two fingers. My aunt got a deep tissue gel manicure done 6 days ago, and noticed some chips in a couple fingers and others that are peeling easily peeling off. They also didn’t clean up her cuticles properly, and is blaming the chips on the fact that her nails were cut too short (which they did). This is the worst experience that I have at the nails salon, I’m going for a cruise next week and decided to get my nails done but very disappointed nails out of shape and ugly pay $122 for this?? I asked the lady for a different design and color but she didn’t care about me as a customer thats how she made me felt again very disappointed I’m going back tomorrow to get my money back Now everything makes sense I spoke with the owner about my experience at his place. I can see you careless Tony is (The owner) the way he talks to me was very unprofessional y disrespectful but it’s OK Tony I will never come back and make sure others don’t too. LADIES OUT THERE for the money you pay at Love nails you can get a better services at any other places like Raffine nails & spa in Annandale
