I went in by a recommendation of my friend, I have never been here and will never be back! I was getting a full set of acrylics with designs. I’m very picky about the shapes of nails and I know what I like. I called to verify if they accept credit cards and they said yes so I made an appointment and when I went in it was pretty packed. The shop is small and they shouldn’t over-book. A lady was practically dragging me on the pedicure seats to get a pedicure, i don’t know how many times I had said No before giving in. Finally it’s time to get my nails done and Linda did my nails, she glued the tips on and she didn’t even shape my nails or cut them despite me telling her that I wanted them shorter. She responded and said “No if you want stilettos you have to keep them long”. I wanted tapered square on my other hand and she said again “No they have to match the picture provided”. Again I requested matte and she said “No matte gets dirty so she put shiny. They came out rushed and half-A. The design is sloppy and definitely not what I requested. When it came time to pay she says that they need a debit and cash tip. She over charged me $80 plus tried to make me tip 4 people. I told her that I only had two people. I didn’t want to cause a scene there were so many people and I don’t like being on the spot so I left and came back with my friend. My friend told Linda that this was unacceptable and told her the reasons. Linda dragged me inside and kept being loud and made someone get out of their chair so Linda can fix my nails. Linda kept saying she did a good job and kept saying how I loved the nails. She didn’t let me speak because she kept talking over me. Linda again said, if I shave your nails they won’t have the same shape, I told her she should fix them to how I wanted them or give me a refund. She told me to get out. I did but my friend stayed to contact the owner and Linda gave us a number who she said was the owner we called and it’s in fact not the owner! I will never be back and I will try my best to prevent others to sway far from here!

If I could give a zero star I would, dirty tools they used caused nail fungus, I went to the salon and showed her what she did to my nail,, I also asked for her license (her name is linda) and she said she don’t have a license! This is crazzzzzy

I have been going to this nail salon for many, many years ever since I moved to milpitas but after today I will no longer be coming here. I went to the salon to remove my acrylics and at the end when I gave my tip, I heard Linda say something to her coworker about the amount I tipped her, I know this because this coworkers client who was also right next to me, repeated what Linda said in English to her when I was still at the register and started talking about me and the tip I had just left. They were standing there talking about me in English as if I wasn’t there. It made me feel awful and it was absolutely bizarre to just talk about a customer like that – at least do it once I leave if you’re truly that upset. I usually tip more when I am getting acrylics done but for removal I tipped a little less as many of us are struggling in the current economy. I think paying $18 for simple removal of acrylics is standard. I feel humiliated by this salon and regret ever spending my money here. Never coming back here again. That was not ok.

I have been going here for over 15 years and the ladies are like family. They are always so attentive and kind. I am very impressed with how they have redone their salon for Covid-19 regulations. If you want to finally treat yourself, go to Nails L’Amour off of Park Victoria!

I usually come here for my to get my nails acrylics done and I get them done by Bebe unfortunately she’s not working their anymore and she always did me right on my nails . I can again for my birthday nails and the did them so uneven horrible no effort shape was not even correct and uneven would not recommend

Called and made reservations for 6:45. My friend arrived a little early and sat down. I got there 3 mins later and they (Linda) gave my chair to a gentleman who did not make an appointment. They tried to give me a bucket with water for my feet and when I told them I wanted a full pedicure they tried to kick off this poor girl who was in the middle of a soak. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Who does that? I kindly refused and said the girl (who has nothing to do with this situation) should keep her chair. After asking how long this will take, they kept insisting 10 minutes, which we all know is not true. It was only when I confronted them, they started to apologize. So now I’m awkwardly waiting for my friend while they tend to the other guests who didn’t make appointments. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

I found this salon on Google search and went with them based off recent reviews. When I arrived, Linda greeted me and immediately started on my nails. A few minutes later Nina came over with a foot massage pale with warm water and started on my pedicure. Tina finished my ombré nails and they all did an awesome job and very timely! I loved my experience here, they were nice and the price was great. When I arrived, Linda greeted me and immediately started on my nails. A few minutes later Nina came over with a foot massage pale with warm water and started on my pedicure. I had first started going here when I was 16yrs old, now I’m back 25years later and Linda still owns and works her. The staff is excellent and does great work. The price and the quality of the service shows in their work, was surprised that my nails looked great 3weeks later. I’m glad that they are still here and I will continue to drive 30mins to get my nails done by these lady’s.
