I called last minute and they were able to take me so i was super happy. When i got there i felt very rushed. And he asked me what color i want i said french. So the clear coat is fine. When i got up to wash my hands there was already someone in my seat so I couldn’t talk to him.It came out awful. No Fench tips. Just a clear coat and you obviously can see my nails underneath. Im so embarrassed i don’t even want these on me. They’re even crooked and off-centered. Just embarrassing…

Great experience, David did them exactly how I wanted. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait. He was pretty quick, and very friendly. Made sure I liked the shape of them. The last nail salon I had been to I had a horrible experience, so it was nice to see he cared about how I felt about them. I will be coming back.

My day is actually ruined about how terrible this look and I have to look at them every time I look down. The lady who did my nails Melissa T rushed the entire process and while I was washing my hands already had another client in the chair horrible service. and she didn’t even put a top coat on the nails I had to go back to get a top coat on my nails.

I had an appointment and sat down to do my nails for my birthday I noticed he was rushing and was told he couldn’t do design because another person was coming in after me even with an appointment, the nails had already been halfway done I told him this was for my birthday I wanted a design so he proceeds to cut them off without asking first very rude and unprofessional I never been treated this way at any salon

It’s the only place I’ll get my nails done the technicians are very pleasant very efficient and very knowledgeable I travel an hour and a half just to go to this nail salon I passed maybe 50 other nail salons from my house to Nails La Bella and I will only go to nails LaBella and I have been going there for 3 years

Love coming here! I work in the mall and came out of convenience, but come back because of the amazing service. Frankie is my go to but when he isn’t in I’ll go to anyone. Their work is clean and quick. I’ve gone to them to have a bad fill fixed and they did a phenomenal job. Great place to go to.

After suffering a loss of a family member last month, my sister and I took the day to spend together. We went to Nails la Bella for the first time and will never be going back. I got a regular manicure because I am allergic to gel and acrylic products, my sister got gel. Our appointment was for 5pm and both manicures were completed paid for and we checked out at exactly 5:13pm. I do my own nails and have for years because I can never find a place who does my nails adequately and most of the time it’s sub par. The woman who did my nails was rude and abrupt for no reason. Assuming she wanted me out of her chair because a simple manicure is not much money she is making off of me. She swatted my hands several times when I didn’t understand what she wanted when she did not say out loud for me to move my hands or switch. My cuticles weren’t completely cleaned up, nail polish touching my cuticles, and smudges and dents from uneven polish. The nail polish wasn’t even and when the nail tech smudged my one nail by accident she let out a big sigh and clicked her tongue as if she were mad at me when she moved her hand into mine. She then used the brush of the nail polish to fix the smudge instead of taking the polish off and fixing it the right way. My nails were filed with a hard grit file (mind you I don’t have thick nails) and not smoothed out with a finer grit so all my nail edges are rough and now breaking. I went home and this is my nails not even two hours after. Already chipping as expected. Poor service, terrible quality for most of the techs. The one tech doing another girls nails did a beautiful job but unsure of her name. Don’t waste your time or money unless you go for a tech you know. If you schedule and don’t have a specific tech, you get whoever is free and most of them are horrible. I am looking for a nail salon to bring my entire bridal party for my wedding and still have yet to find a good one.
