My nails look nice but I was not satisfied with the techs laughing and making fun of a customer. They even admitted that they were doing so. My nail tech was very rough with the application and the price was a bit high for what I received (two colors total) I’m grateful that they got me in as fast as they did but I won’t be back unless I absolutely have no other options.

I had broken my acrylic and my real nail so far down I was bleeding and in extreme pain and didn’t know what to do. I called every salon within a hour car ride and everyone turned me down except this place. They gave me a time slot to come in to repair it and when they found out I was driving from Eagle River they were able to get me in even earlier to accommodate me.

Been here twice now. The first time I kept asking her to make my nails shorter and she would pause then not even respond and keep doing what she wanted. This time I told her my one nail was lumpy and once more she ignored me, so I asked a second time for it to be fixed and she said “I remember you, you’re picky, you’re to picky, why do you want it fixed” I told her I wanted them all shapes the same and she refused and handed me a file to fix it myself. Won’t be coming here again, miss the old owner.

I have a bad back, and Cindy was very good about helping me get in and out of the chair, offered me a pillow to put behind my back. I have a bad back, and Cindy was very good about helping me get in and out of the chair, offered me a pillow to put behind my back. While the salon is totally adorable, and does offer a variety of items to shop for, I’m very displeased with the quality of work done by the nail salon. I went for a pedicure, and was greatly displeased. My nails weren’t buffed, nor filed. The cuticles weren’t touched in anyway. There was nothing used (like a pumice stone) to soften my feet. And the nail polish, looks like my 6 year old painted my toes.

I took a group of gals to Nails in the Woods for wedding mani/pedi’s. Nails in the Woods staff was good to work with when booking the appointment, then provided a bottle of wine to us upon arrival and allowed us to bring in pizza for lunch from a place across the street. We were the only group in the salon and got good attention from the staff. They rotated the mani’s and pedi’s efficiently and did a good job with scrubs, polish, filing, etc. We all really enjoyed ourselves and felt it was worth the money. We had a great time and would go back if we’re in the area again! Thanks, Nails in the Woods!

My expierence in Nails in the woods I would have to say was amazing! I love the new bags, the jewlery almost everything. I have never gotten my nails done there before and would really like to know the price range on just a french manucure with a silver glitter tip. How much would that cost me possibly?
