While plp complain about their high prices thank god thats not my problem, I’m disappointed i rate this place as a Really bad customer service!!! No one wanted to do my pedicure just because i was hispanic and had my two daughters with me really disappointed with these ladys arguing in for of my daughters saying that she doesnt want to do your pedicure and bla bla ! I was like these female have no education just left these place after one hour wait.

If you want your nails perfect, don’t come here. They do a really crappy job and it’s not neat at all. The end of my nails are uneven, she even cut me twice because she wasn’t paying attention. the lady who did them was not friendly.

I have been going to this place since I was in high school and it just keeps going downhill. All they care about is running up your tab. I made an appointment for 6:30 last Wednesday for a manicure, powder, and pedicure.. they rushed as fast they could because they were ready to go home. I was tired and ready to go home too so I didn’t even argue with the lady that did my nails and charged me for a manicure. She didn’t trim my criticals, use oil or lotion or even cut my nails before doing powder after I specifically asked. I was so fed up and ready to get out there that I just paid it and left. My (powder) nails starting peeling and chipping off on Monday of the next week. What a joke. I do not take my grandmother there anymore because if they move her to another table farther away from me, they take advantage of her and do the most they can to run her tab up. They’re ridiculous.

I used to go here all the time. Yesterday I wanted a pedicure with shellac and glitter on top. I opted for a $30 pedicure and my final bill was $50! No design nothing but glitter on top. I feel I was way overcharged! I will not return! Go elsewhere!

My experience at Nails ll was great! They nail technicians knew exactly what they were doing and they were all so very friendly. The nail salon was very clean and in order. They also have large variety of nail polishes to chose from. I will definitely be coming back!

It’s a great place for guys to go too, they provide wine beer or mimosas. They had the football game on the TVs it was pretty good. Touched up my nails and cuticles made my wife happy. You only have two feet, you got to take care of them.
