Critical: Quality, ValueWorst experience… nails started coming off less than a week of having them done. Also they weren’t even done how I showed I wanted them done and the writing for my fiance that just passed away was terrible… and my nails I thought would have lasted until August since I just had them done for overdose awareness month but I’m going to have to get them redone a week later after spending that kind of money I’m extremely disappointed. Worst experience… nails started coming off less than a week of having them done. I only had bad experience about this place. The lady which is made my nails she was so rude and racist. After i told her I m from Turkey she had an attitude to me. She made my nails totally wrong she ve never nice to me even so I was so nice to her. Even my American friend noticed she was racist. I have been searching for a nail salon that I like for a while now. Tonight I found this hidden gem because they were able to take me late. I didn’t have an appointment so there was a bit of a wait. Tam did my nails to perfection and was so apologetic about my long wait even though it was my own fault for not setting up an appointment. He spent so much time and effort on my nails.

This was my first time going here, I came with a set already on from another place. The lady at this place shaped & applied my acrylic very nicely. I then showed the guy (she couldn’t do the design) the picture of set on the left & I got a very niceeeee set!! . Definitely recommend this place.

I called them and asked if I could come in and if it would be a wait. The guy told me I could come in now and it’s no wait. When I got there I end up waiting 15 min. When I asked him how long it would be for me and he said 15 more min. Their communication could be a little bit more better to avoid over booking.

Now that I’ve discovered and love a salon near me I couldn’t be happier. This salon is so convenient because it’s near Family Dollar and I’m there all the time for regular household stuff I need.
