I have went here a few times since moving to Suisun. On 7/09/18 and asked for a full gel set with mood color change and the ice walker pedicure. The pedicure and the little girl who completed it it was great. However the gentleman who did my nails was completely out of line and unprofessional. He came over and did my nails while I was getting my pedicure done. He asked me to turn off the massage chair and kept having ME turn in awkward positions. Kinda not what you want when trying to have a relaxing pedicure. Mind you there was only 1 other customer in the salon as it was approximately 1030-1100am on a Monday morning. I asked for the mood color change polish and was told it was be extra, I agreed and picked out a color I was told would do so. Long story short I paid $80 for the service and gave each worker a $10 tip. Big mistake. Throughout the evening at work I noticed several chips in my nails, polish on my fingers, clear gel globs at the tip of 1 nail, and not once did my nails change color. I went in the next morning 7/10/18 and showed my nails to the female sitting closest to the phones. The gentleman came over filed a few nails then looked over at the same woman spoke in a foreign language then they both laughed. The young girl who did my nails came over and said she would fix my nails, not even 3 minutes into her filing the older woman came over said a few words in a foreign language then turned to me and said it would be $25 for a polish change and the mood color. Long story short I refused to pay to have them fix my nails since I felt I had already paid enough for a set of nails the previous day and then they flat out refused to issue me a refund even after I said I would gladly remove the nails and leave.

Got manicure on natural nails. I was left sitting at the table waiting for my nails to dry the elderly lady started working on someone else which is fine however 20 mins passed and she didn’t check to see if my nails were dry. The owner and another lady also failed to check my nails. I had to decide that my nails were fine and it was time to leave. They didn’t say thank you . The manicure was terrible the polish chipped the same day and I wasn’t doing anything except riding in the car on a road trip .Terrible customer service. If you want your nails done right stay away from this place.

Don’t be fooled or served by the older woman. She is only playing nice to get your business and she is very rough. She also gets angry when you let her know she’s hurting you. I stopped her and requested another tech to finish. She then went on a rant, in their language, while the other tech– Mary– completed the job. I’m sure she was cursing me out. The older gentleman is nice but it seems he is forced to be there. On the other hand, I love Mary and the other lady. They are sweet, gentle, attentive, and seem to care about the customer and their profession.

Came in for a pedicure with a specific design in mind. Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, to be sure they could do it. She said they could. When it came down to it, I was told no he couldnt do it. The guy said he would do his design that everyone likes. He refused to use the colors I asked for and gave me a basic design, that like he said everyone gets. I wear sandals every day and have a very busy life. I dont have time to go get my nails done again for at least another week. Now I have to look at this design, that I hate, every day. She should have just said the guy couldnt do it. I would have went somewhere else.

You get what you pay for I do not recommend this place! Lady was so rough she made me bleed on the sides of my nails when she was filing them. The nail shape was very crooked. Please pay the extra money and go to a good nail spot!

Worst nail salon ever! He cut the inside of my nail, left a couple of the preexisting color spots (even after I pointed them out) and refused to appropriately clean the inside of the uv light. Even my boyfriend that occupanied me said it was disgusting. I highly HIGHLY suggest going anywhere else but here!!

Didn’t even want to give a one star. Went to get hair cut and watched the lady TINA just start cramming the razor into his hair without combing and than says “you don’t comb your hair” She was rough and very rude. I can’t believe the customer service and that I even took my wallet out to pay these people. Rude and unprofessional

Just got my hair chopped into what looks like a mangled bob for 15 bucks . For the love of god learn from my expense and go to one of the many other great salons in suisun like knotty or headspace, i swear to god you’ll thank me for it later, i just wish someone would have warned me.
