I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. The photos below are what occurred to my nails two days after getting a mani for $80.00 (I also left a generous tip)!! I was open on getting them fix but the nails were so weak they came off. After this I didn’t feel comfortable to getting a new set so I asked for a reimbursement for what I payed for and the owner, Tammy refused. I asked professional and politely again and she kept excusing saying the man who did my nails didn’t know what he was doing yet I requested before he starting to have someone else. She was unfortunately unfair and very unprofessional. I don’t believe nails should fall off this easy two days after. I have been here a few times and every time there were issues and I didn’t mention anything but this was truly unethical. Again don’t come here/I wouldn’t even leave one star.

I absolutely love this place! I get my nails done by NATALIE every two weeks. She always does a great job. I also appreciate the quality of product they use for the gel overlay. If I can’t make it in until a month later, the finish and overall nails still look new-ish!

This was our first experience with this nail salon and overall we’re extremely disappointed. My wife’s cuticles were trimmed too far back to the point of bleeding, the tech who did her nails didn’t ask about nail shape or anything else, and added an unwanted design that we were charged extra for. My mother’s nail tech pushed for a nail design after my mother had politely declined, and was very unprofessional in the conversation she had with my mother. My friend’s nails were filed down so far that the skin was broken and bleeding, and the dip nails were never given a top coat. The sanitation was abysmal, the same soaking bowl was used for multiple people (the same people who’s hands had been bloodied from the previous cuticle trimming and nail filing) with no dumping or cleaning between, the bowl had chunks of cuticle and fingernails in it. Dirty, used buffers were used on everyone’s nails, and broken chunks of fingernails were found near the drying stations and the floor by the nail stations. The only thing positive about our experience was the pedicure I received from Trina. She was pleasant to chat with, and actually cleaned her station after performing my pedicure.

They talk among each other and not to their clients! The gal ran around and took forever to get my nails done! I asked for gel but she did acrylics. They are fine but slow service and rude Gel manicures

Me and my friends LOVE this place. extremely friendly staff, always making sure our needs are met. the nails i get here last longer than literally anywhere else that ive gone to get mine done, and my friend got acrylics for the first time ever here and has been in love ever since. I will happily recommend this place to anyone who asks, such a great environment.

This was my first time visiting here. The staff were all very friendly and we had awesome, relaxed conversation. My nails turned out great and I am pleased with the results but I was in the salon for 4 hours for just those two services. Like I mentioned, I am happy with my nails and the results but I definitely didn’t plan on a 4 hour appointment time! I would return here again but I’m afraid of making any other plans for my day because the services took so long.
