Arrived at 11:30 am. No customers in shop. Asked if the could do two nail repairs, long coffin shape. Starting out the lady didn’t cut coffin shape but asked to shape the same as my other nails. It sounded like she told me if I didn’t like what she had done and could leave. I asked her to repeat what she said. This time she stated she could fix the shape. She ultimately finished my two nails repairs and did a great job. BUT, I don’t do rude service. I will never return

They nearly made me cry… I went in on a Tuesday morning. The guy thar started my nails was super rough and nicked my skin, made me bleed a little at one point. I asked for my nails to be shorter than they were and he kept telling me he couldn’t do shorter because it’s Coffin that I wanted. Btw, I’ve had it done before. It didn’t even turn out as Coffin. Just squared. The nails are thick and one of the fake nails isn’t even fully attached to my natural nail. It’s lifted. My hands hurt and the nail polish is also on my cuticle and skin. I got gel. They’re not very smooth, especially on my underside of the nails. I have had such great nails and an amazing experience from other salons for a lower price. I still wanna cry. I felt like what I actually wanted was ignored and it was rushed. I was 1 of 2 people in there. They weren’t busy. I was too anxious to say anything about my nails cause I hate upsetting people. I also didn’t feel welcome or comfortable. I don’t recommend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gotten my nails done here a few times now and it’s always been the nail technician, Jenny P. who does my acrylics. They come out really well every time! Service is quick (a good thing because I personally don’t want to necessarily spend hours and hours on my nails) but I never feel rushed & the station is always clean!I love the music they play here!I have yet to catch the name of the other two employees who I’ve received pedicures from but they are also amazing!! Service is quick (a good thing because I personally don’t want to necessarily spend hours and hours on my nails) but I never feel rushed & the station is always clean!
