I am so grateful that I found Penny. She is not only amazing at her job, but also the sweetest person ever. I’ve only been going to Penny since this past Feb but I’ll never go anywhere else now. I called 2 weeks before I wanted to go in, knowing that she is working by herself and has tons of loyal clients. My nails have never looked better. And as someone who lost 2 people to Covid, I really appreciate the precautions she has put into place. To me, that shows how much she cares for her customers. Because of those protocols, Penny may not be able to accommodate same or next appointments. However, she is worth the wait! I would highly recommend calling Penny for an appointment. You will not be disappointed. I have started booking out my appointments and I look forward to catching up and chatting with Penny at each one. I just told Penny today that she’s now stuck with me; I can’t imagine letting anyone else touch my nails.

Penny is AMAZING!!! I was lucky enough to get an appointment, same day, about 4 months ago, due to a canceled appointment, and pure luck! I have really bad ingrown toenails, and need major help. She gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! We connected from the start! She is kind, and gentle. The next time I needed a pedicure, I called, and she was booked. I ended up taking an appointment 2 weeks later, that worked with both our schedules. Penny is a one woman show, and runs a business on her own. You get personalized attention from her. You are never rushed, and unlike any other nail salon, you don’t feel like cattle, being rushed or pushed aside, like the big nail salons that will only remember you, if you go there for years. I am not one to schedule appointments, but I only want Penny to work on my nails, so I schedule my appointments a month in advance. If you are looking for a “new” friend, and get your nails done, perfectly, then book an appointment with Penny! You will not be disappointed!!!

Penny is the absolute best! Not only is her work beautiful, but her space is clean, neat & well sanitized. Her dip sets always come out flawless & she has a huge selection of colors. Her pedicures are fantastic & can last over 4 weeks. Although it isn’t always easy to get an appointment with her- when I started seeing her she told me this so I was aware that scheduling well in advance was the way to go. I have had zero issues with appointment times since. As a result of the “no walk ins” she takes the time to do my nails with care and I never feel rushed or incomplete like at the bigger salons. Nails from the Heart/Penny will always have my family’s business!!. First and foremost, this business is CLEAN! Penny herself is caring and pays attention to details, she is gentle but does a thorough job on feet and nails, woman and men. She is informative as well as charismatic during sessions. Her regular customers book months in advance but if you call in, Penny is willing to work with you to schedule some times. You have to understand, Penny does everything on her own and this is what sets her apart from other shops. Your appointment is a dedicated slot just for you. No multitasking between clients and chaos of multiple people in and out. Because of this Penny books up fast!! If your schedule doesn’t allow for when she is open for a specific day that you want, it’s because she is legitimately booked but SHE WILL OFFER ALTERNATIVE DATES. Just like when booking for a doctor’s appointment or ANY appointment. You can’t always get the date/time you specifically want. Ask to be put on a cancelation list. Sometimes as clients we have to be flexible with the business’ schedule. Some people just lack common sense and have this feeling of entitlement and you’re not getting anywhere with that mentality when you call somewhere to make an appointment. Penny is always professional and ultimately our nails and feet are always healthy and looking great because of Penny’s talent!! Book your appointments in advance and be flexible with that initial appointment.
