I got a regular mani and had remnants of gel polish on my nails when I got there. Instead of soaking it off (maybe woulda taken 3-4 minutes), she buzzed my nail down DEEP and HURT me. I think they mainly do gel or dip because the reg mail polish she used was so gloopy, it was impossible for her to get any sort of even coverage. This was Tuesday, today is Thursday, and my besties gel mani she got that night is already chipping. The shop also looked like it was being used as an extra storage unit. This place used to be cool 10 years ago. Get it together please.

It was horrible, I walked in and they asked me to sit on a chair for a pedi. I sat down on the chair and another customer walked in and they started on them first. They had me waiting even though I walked in first. Then they had the audacity to claim it was because they called. When they know perfectly they never called before they came here. Just a waste of time

I liked this place but it was warm the day we visited and they had the door propped open and no A/C on!!!! They are a little pricey when it came to simply having polish removed and changing the color on just your natural finger nails. But their pedicure was nice. & my daughter got a set of acrylic nails and they did them exactly as she asked, they could have done a little better, bit she was still satisfied, her set cost 90.00. Because she wanted them longer. The reason for 3 stars, was because it was hot inside and because it was very messy and disorganized.

I have been here a few times and havent had any huge issues… I get the dip sets and I was a little upset my last set they only gave me a dip manicure without the tips .. she didn’t ask me, she just did it…. and still charged me 30 bucks, but I have no giant complaints

I got a pedicure Friday. I asked for them to cut my nails and help with a crack on my big toe nail. Not only did she barely cut my nails but she did the worst job with putting an acrylic overlay. The menu also started that 15 minutes of massage was included and I barely got 10. Ok, well fast forward to Tuesday… lots of chipped nails. I don’t know what they did or did not so but I was in shock. I’ve never had nail polish chip this quickly. I was able to return and they did reapply polish for me but when I asked if they wouldn’t mind trimming the nails down l was ignored. Wow! Ok! Not sure if these people know what listening or being aware of your clients concerns is but I will not be back!

The quality of this salon has gone down extremely. Renovations were done almost a year ago and the place still looks disorganized and not put together. The hygiene consistently declines time after time. They use the same wax stick on every client and dip it back into the wax to use it on the next client. The owner cannot manage to keep their employees resulting in being understaffed and losing quality in the work they do. Owners seem very uptight if the customer has an opinion on the service being performed on them. After many bad experiences over the last year I cannot continue giving them my business. I’ve been treated as a nuisance rather than a loyal customer.
